I am officially a qualified yoga teacher!!! 🤍

I’ve been practising yoga for over 10 years now and last year I decided to do the 200hr YTT course with @houseofom.bali

I had an amazing experience in Bali but due to an eye infection I had to leave the course midway.

I was able to continue online and I became qualified this year!

I look forward to teaching more stay tuned for class updates 🤍

POV saving money in my unemployment era x

Why spend £40+ on nails when you can
- file and cut them
- apply a standard nail polish
- grab some eyeshadow for a DIY chrome effect
- use natural UV rays to help them dry?

- Nail polish: @tedbaker & @barrymcosmetics
- eye shadow
- Rings are from @lustboho.jewelry 🤍

Have you seen what consumers have done with matcha lattes? With pistachios? With that viral Dubai chocolate? Everyone wants them!

We shape markets.
We build trends.
We decide what matters based on what we click, watch, and buy.

So let’s not pretend we’re powerless.
Because we choose what to care about.
And right now - a lot of people are choosing chocolate over children. Over conflict. Over climate.

Every time you open your phone, you choose what to scroll past and what to engage with.

And if we keep choosing silence when it’s uncomfortable nothing will change!

We have power, let’s start using it to make positive changes to people and the planet 🌍 🤍

Another bomb dropped. Another innocent life lost. And for many of us it’s just another headline, another post we scroll past.

We’ve become so desensitised.

Some people say it’s too sad to look. But turning away doesn’t protect us, it just disconnects us. We forget that behind every headline is a mother, a child, someone who never chose this.

And yes, I’ve heard it: ‘But what can I do?’

Caring is a start. Awareness is power. And action, even in small forms: sharing, donating, speaking up.

Because if we convince ourselves we can’t do anything… then nothing ever changes.

If you need a more selfish reason to care then remember, today it’s them. Tomorrow, it could be us.

Gochujang stir fry noodles inspired by @sabsx03 😍

Grab a packet of your fav noodles - these rice noodles take two minutes to cook in boiling water!

Stir fry your chosen veggies I used - carrots, mushrooms, spinach, peppers with spices

Scramble two eggs with half a table spoon of gochujan, with soy sauce and chili oil

Mix it all together in one pan and then enjoy!

Quick and easy lunch time recipe

The UK government is funding research into technologies that could reflect sunlight back into space to cool the planet.

Let’s be clear: the Sun isn’t the problem, human activity is.
We’re in a climate crisis because of burning fossil fuels, deforestation, and overconsumption.

🌍 Cutting emissions is non-negotiable.
🌊 Protecting ecosystems is essential.
🍽️ Changing how we consume and live is critical.

Geoengineering doesn’t fix the root causes - it’s a short-term, risky intervention.

Will this research become a licence for industries to keep polluting and exploiting natural resources, instead of facing the real issues?

Smart backup or dangerous distraction? Drop your thoughts below.
