Excited to see @rosalelobo, CT Nurse Wellness Project Advisory Board Member and Certified WenWell® Facilitator, leading a Work Well, Live Well session at Southern Connecticut State University!

Rosale will bring together hūmNET, and the 8-Minute Conversation™ to explore how small, intentional practices can create meaningful moments of wellness, connection, and support.

From humming and listening to conversation and connection, this session demonstrates that wellness doesn’t always require a major intervention. Sometimes, it begins with a microdose of wellness and a willingness to connect.

This is what Making Wellness the Standard of Care® looks like—bringing practical tools directly into the spaces where we llearn, work, and lead.

Day 1 of the inaugural WenWell® Facilitator Training is complete!

There is something meaningful about seeing a vision begin to take shape through others. This first cohort represents an opportunity to bring Capacity, Safety, and Connection into more spaces where people learn, work, and care for others.

As I reflect on this milestone, I keep coming back to the responsibility of creating space for people to feel heard, supported, and safe enough to participate authentically. That is at the heart of WenWell® Circles and the facilitators we are preparing to lead them.

To our inaugural participants: thank you for investing your time and committing to this work. You are helping lay the foundation for what comes next.

Looking forward to continuing our learning together on Day 2!

We are proud to highlight @buildingbetterbeck and @lovelikehalyn, who are leading the Connecticut Nurse Mental Health & Well-Being Run/Walk for the Connecticut Nurse Wellness Project (CTNWP).

Their leadership reflects the heart of this initiative: bringing nurses, families, healthcare organizations, and community partners together around a shared commitment to nurse mental health and well-being.

The Run/Walk will be more than an event. It will be a visible movement that raises awareness, strengthens connection, and reminds nurses throughout Connecticut that their health and well-being matter.
