There came a moment in my life when I realised I could no longer keep carrying everything on my own.

Not in a dramatic way.
Just a soft, honest knowing that something in me was tired of surviving… and ready to soften.

That moment became the seed for Rose Alchemy Pathways.

This space was created for women who have been strong for a long time.
For the ones who have loved deeply, held families, held relationships, held workplaces, held themselves together, often while quietly drifting away from their own bodies and hearts.

Here, there is no fixing.
No pushing.
No needing to become someone else.

This is a place to slow down.
To breathe.
To feel your feet on the ground again.
To listen to what your body has been whispering all along.

My work weaves together trauma-aware counselling, embodiment, and feminine wisdom, but more than anything, it is about creating safety.
Safety to feel.
Safety to rest.
Safety to remember who you are beneath all the roles you’ve carried.

If you’ve found your way here, you don’t need to know why.
Just trust that something in you is ready to come home.

I wanted to share a little heart update with you all.

Our retreat weekend 6–8 November in Pearces Creek is officially half full and it fills my heart so much, so many of you from our beautiful community are already coming along. There is still room for more and I’d love nothing more than to fill this circle with just the right hearts.

We’ve woven together such a special gathering.
Breathwork, Kundalini Yoga, expressive dance, Human Design and immersive theatre.
It’s that chance to slow right down, reconnect deeply with yourself, and give your nervous system all the gentle love and holding it truly deserves.

There will be moments of deep transformation yes, but also so much joy, laughter, beautiful shared food, quiet time to rest, and space to treat yourself to a massage or Shirodhara. It’s all of it, the deep work and the beautiful rest.

A little heads-up that both Kaye Alchemy and Rose Alchemy Pathways will be taking a little pause from Saturday 26th September to Thursday 8th October. 🌹

I’ll be deep in study during this time completing my Master NLP Practitioner Training - another layer of learning, growth and deepening into the work I already do and what I’m able to bring into my 1:1 sessions and the spaces I create.

So for these couple of weeks I’m giving myself the space to fully immerse myself in it. ❤️

If you’re needing a hair or makeup appointment, 1:1 session or anything else around these dates, please reach out beforehand and we can get you organised.

I’ll be back from Friday 9th October, with an even fuller toolbox for myself & all of you 🌹

Our next Reset is coming up 🌿❤️

Amy & I loved creating our last one together, so we’re doing it again on Wednesday 16th September.

Just a little space in the middle of the week to come together, get out of our heads and back into our bodies. To move, release, receive, connect and hopefully leave feeling a little lighter and more grounded.
