We have designed the most incredible weekend for you. We’ve made it super affordable (because we’re not in it for the profit, we’re in it for the love!)

Our hair carries our story, holding energy & memories from previous years 💫

Cutting it off? It’s not just hair… it’s a release. A cleansing. Liberating when you choose it.

This beautiful soul thought about this for YEARS. Today was the day. 🤍

She released the old version of herself → to make space for the new.

And the most beautiful part? She donated every inch to make a wig, gifting someone else their confidence & fresh start. 🫶

A little heads-up that both Kaye Alchemy and Rose Alchemy Pathways will be taking a little pause from Saturday 26th September to Thursday 8th October. 🌹

I’ll be deep in study during this time completing my Master NLP Practitioner Training - another layer of learning, growth and deepening into the work I already do and what I’m able to bring into my 1:1 sessions and the spaces I create.

So for these couple of weeks I’m giving myself the space to fully immerse myself in it. ❤️

If you’re needing a hair or makeup appointment, 1:1 session or anything else around these dates, please reach out beforehand and we can get you organised.

I’ll be back from Friday 9th October, with an even fuller toolbox for myself & all of you 🌹

What an incredible night! 💿💃✨

Thank you so much to everyone who came along, dressed up, had fun and really stepped into the experience with us.

Calling back those parts of ourselves from the 90s - the freedom, confidence, playfulness, expression and bringing them into who we are now.

So much laughter, connection, movement and just pure FUN. ❤️

And we loved it so much that we’re already planning the next one…

Celebrating Sisterhood! 🪷💫🫶

This week's shout out is to the passion filled sister of mine @kayesavin 💜

This wonderful sister is the epitome of sisters helping each other rise, I am so grateful to have this sister in my life and for her to live so close!

Kaye and I have known each other for a few years now, meeting each other through our mutual sister Katie x

Connecting through haircuts and temple spaces, going on to share women's sacred spaces and retreats together ✨💖

I have been blessed to have assisted in the retreat spaces and trainings, so I have seen first hand how incredible and capable this sister is!
And I was so blessed to have her assist at my recent She Moves Temple 🪷

This stunning sister is a Holistic counsellor, embodiment guide, trauma aware mentor, NLP practitioner, a hair and beauty alchemist and so much more!

She creates Embodiment photo shoots, women's circles, expression sessions and 1:1 coaching ✨

Who would you become if you allowed yourself to embody her?

The woman you feel somewhere inside you.

The one that’s a little more powerful.
More honest.
More expressed.
More unapologetic in who she is.

Sometimes we can sense her… but we don’t always allow ourselves to step into that version fully.

That’s part of the work I love doing.

Through embodiment, archetypal exploration, and the spaces I hold for women, we begin to meet these different aspects of ourselves.

Not as fantasy… but as energies that already live within us.

This image is from one of my archetypal embodiment shoots, where we intentionally work with a specific energy.

In this one, I was embodying Hecate.

The archetype of the woman who stands at the crossroads.
The guide through transition.
The one who walks between worlds and trusts her inner knowing.

Working with archetypes like this isn’t about pretending to be something we’re not.

It’s about recognising the different layers of ourselves that are ready to be expressed.

Sometimes seeing ourselves in that energy, through embodiment, styling, movement, photography, helps something click inside.

Like remembering a part of ourselves that was always there.

So I’ll ask again…

There’s a quiet shift happening in my world.

Over the festive season I’ve been in a deeply reflective space, listening, feeling, letting what no longer fits gently fall away.

For a long time, hair, makeup, embodiment, counselling and women’s work all lived together through this space.
And it was perfect for that chapter.

But I always knew there would come a moment when they would softly separate, so each could be honoured in its own way.

That moment is now.

Kaye Alchemy continues as the home of my creative, beauty-loving, artistic work, hair, makeup, weddings, events and Soul Essence embodiment shoots.
This is where we express, adorn, and celebrate the outer reflection of who you are becoming.

Alongside this, a new space has been born.
Rose Alchemy Pathways - where my counselling, women’s work, embodiment and temple spaces now live.

Nothing is being lost.
Everything is being clarified.

I’ve been on such a beautiful journey back to the mother land 🤍
Connecting with family, friends, and deeply remembering the magic that lives in all of these things combined, especially within a traditional Christmas.

There was a profound connection to the land I was born on, to my ancestral line and lineage. That quiet, steady knowing… when you don’t see each other often, yet the foundation is always there. A sense of belonging beyond time or distance.

We played with the magic of Christmas, connection, and presence and visited the powerful lands of Stonehenge.
Strong Druid, Celtic, Pagan energy. Deeply familiar. Ancient. The healing presence of those stones is truly profound.

The land itself spoke loudly.

The UK carries such old, elemental energy — in the whispers of the trees, the movement of the leaves, the feeling beneath your feet. Subtle, yet unmistakable. Walking there felt like remembering something ancient within my body.

I felt especially connected to the oak trees — strong, steady, grounding. Later learning of their deep significance within Celtic and Druid traditions felt so affirming.
The land speaks… and when we listen, it reminds us of who we are and where we come from 🌳

So much gratitude 🤍
To my mum, dad & brother, what a blessing to be born into this family.
And to everyone I caught up with, each of you brought this journey to life ✨

I’m back now. Resting. Grounding. Gently landing.
Allowing myself to fully arrive.

This is me, unapologetically!
Reclaiming the woman I muted, softened, and abandoned to survive… especially in relationships.

My 19-year-old self came back to me on retreat, wild, expressive, free, loud in the most soulful way.
And when she arrived, I remembered the version of me who never apologised for her bigness.
The one who spoke with truth.
Who sang.
Who expressed.
Who didn’t shrink.

Somewhere along the way, life silenced her.
But I found her again.
And reclaiming her felt like breathing for the first time in years.

She reminded me:
I’m here to speak.
To express.
To feel.
To be seen.
To cast spells with my truth, as all women do when their voice comes from their body, not their fear.

I’m still peeling back layers…
still remembering…
still choosing the woman who refuses to disappear.

If something in this stirs something in you,
maybe it’s your younger self calling you home too.

Back from the most powerful week embodying my Warrior Goddess 🌿
Feeling cracked open, alive, and deeply connected.
Grateful to @katieuniqueyourself for holding such a safe, transformational space and to my sisters for the love that will last lifetimes.
Coming home with a full heart and new depth to hold my clients, temples, and creations.
