We cannot wait to hold this stunning, sacred circle for you 🙏💫

This space is going to be held with so much, love, honour, reverence and grace 🪶

Energetically this is a potent time to work with our ancestors and our lineage, inspired by Dia De Los Muertos 🏵️
So let's connect internationally in space together, when the veil is thinner between our world and the spirit world. And create a loving, healing, supportive experience for you to receive all that you are meant to receive 💫🎃

Link in our bios 🤍🪽 or feel free to reach out with any other questions you may have 🙏🫶🏵️

Something Kaye and I both highly value is sisterhood, connection and community; having safe spaces for people to be able to come together and receive ✨

And for these spaces to be accessible for more people to enjoy; which is why we created the Mid week reset 🫶
For you to enjoy simple, gentle and grounding movement and the nourishing, healing frequencies of sound bowl medicine; all to help clear, restore and reset your energy for the rest of your week 💫

Taking this hour to calm your nervous system and let go of the constant stimulation that comes our way xx

We are both so grateful for these modalities and for being able to share the gifts of them with more people x

DM either of us to book in 🫶

Tomorrow 🌿
Wednesday 2nd September
10am–11am
Lake Ainsworth - tea tree lake at the end of the path past the Surf Club

Bring a blanket, cushion & water bottle

♥️ Donation based, to keep this space supportive and accessible for you 🙏

What an incredibly special moment to be not only her mum, but also the one lucky enough to do her makeup for the most beautiful day of her life. 🤍

What an incredible night! 💿💃✨

Thank you so much to everyone who came along, dressed up, had fun and really stepped into the experience with us.

Calling back those parts of ourselves from the 90s - the freedom, confidence, playfulness, expression and bringing them into who we are now.

So much laughter, connection, movement and just pure FUN. ❤️

And we loved it so much that we’re already planning the next one…

Expression Dance is going BACK TO THE 80s! 🪩⚡️

Watch this space… 👀💃

Last week I did a thing and held a very special event at Dharma Cottage 🧘
An event filled with feminine flow, connection, energetic healing and love-filled heart opening Ceremonial Cacao 💞

I absolutely loveee working with everything feminine energy, body-based awareness, freedom of expression, and stunning heart-opening spaces where women get to feel safe expressing wholly and authentically in all of who they are ❤️‍🔥

Feedback I often receive is that I hold a space with a soft feminine power when I facilitate; a way of being that is deeply needed 🪷

My star sign as a Virgo gifts me the ability to be a natural healer. I am highly observant and often see things other people miss 😘

It feels deeply nourishing and nurturing for me to create and hold events like this; a space where women are gently (yet powerfully) invited to open, receive, express and come home to themselves and their truth, through a myriad of different ways ✨🙏

I am grateful for every single one of these women that showed up to support me so I could receive some really stunning photographs of my work, while they simultaneously got to receive a deeply beautiful experience in return 🥹

Working together in community, healing together in community and supporting each other in community; that is how I roll and how I desire to live life 🥰

My next event is a stunning creation called
⚜️ Alchemy ⚜️

Workshops where we get to be immersed in the embodiment of Archetypes! 🪽👑😈
Seriously one of the most profoundly healing things I have ever done for myself!

This is the same kind of beautiful energy that will be weaved into a safe space, where you will be able to fully express, be seen, and come home to yourself in a whole new way ❤️‍🔥

We start July 10th ⚜️

If your heart is saying yes to this, send me a message with “ALCHEMY” and I’ll send you all the details xx

Or check out the link in my bio 😘
So much love! 💋

A Sacred Afternoon of Deep Nourishment 💖

During our retreat space we have curated a stunning afternoon designed for you to explore, receive & create to integrate the wisdom of your journey at a deeper embodied level ✨

We are so excited for this profoundly valuable addition to our retreat, where luxury meets sacred transformation, with the assistance of our special guests @massage_and_healing_therapies & @rosealchemypathways
Weaving their energy and magic into our space so we can receive even more!
These incredible women are both powerful, nourishing space holders themselves 🪷

This luxurious afternoon immersion creates a beautiful, multi-sensory sanctuary for attendees to receive deeply and integrate their journey at a soul level.

Blending a mix of therapeutic massage and body energy work, calming sound bowl journeys, quiet reflective time in nature, and open creative explorations (just to name a few 😉)

Every offering that is a part of this afternoon is designed to soften the nervous system, awaken inner knowing, and support profound embodiment, transforming your insight into lived experience 🪽

This is a sacred container where luxury, healing, and spiritual integration weave together, leaving each woman radiant, resourced, and deeply connected to her essence ✨🤍🪽

Send us a DM for more retreat details ✨
