To be watched by a murder of over 100 crows in a single room is a wild experience. A big big thank you to @thetrevaskis for the creative inspiration, organisation and curation of the ‘Fall With The Crows’.

It was amazing to be surrounded by the work of so many talented artists, including my partner @mafriciinctattoo (the first time our artwork has ever been showcased together!) 🖤Thank you to everyone who has visited the exhibition so far, today is the last day. So if you happen to be in Falmouth, get yourself over to the @polyfalmouth before 4pm!

The ‘Fall with the Crows’ exhibition is almost upon us! Here’s a glimpse of my little crow copper plate, consisting of 5 layers of aquatint tone with added drypoint. To see the final print, head on down to The Poly in Falmouth, 6th - 10th October. Can’t wait to see the other artworks from the collective curated by the wonderful @thetrevaskis 🖤

‘Last summer I watched you whittle. I am learning Dad.’

A print created to painstakingly observe and remember. To remember every moment of that lesson last summer. Moments from a sunny afternoon in the garden watching my Dad repeat motions with a whittling tool that were engraved into his mind from a young age. A lesson we continued in his hospital bed, then only a few weeks later, in the hospice. Whilst Dad’s last and my first wooden spoon came into being, wood chips fell onto clinical floors and pristine white bed sheets. by @rosie_flatt

I’m very excited to announce that ‘Weathered beacon’ has been selected for @stbarbemuseum Open 2026! It is such an honour to have my print chosen for the exhibition alongside so many artists I admire🧡

The exhibition runs until 4th July in Lymington. As always, it has been beautifully and thoughtfully curated - thanks so much to everyone involved in the process!

Still reeling from my time spent working at @londonoriginalprintfair with @hangaten_ gallery! It was an honour to be given the opportunity to show my work alongside so many prestigious, talented printmakers🧡
I’ve come back to Cornwall buzzing with ideas and inspiration, and have already started experimenting with test plates @johnhowardprint studio (stay tuned for work-in-progress pics!) taken in Somerset House by @rosie_flatt

Finally finished [painting 5 out of 16 of these]!😅 It’s definitely been a marathon and much more work than I could ever have predicted…
One of these prints will be joining me at the London Original Print Fair at Somerset House this week, where I’ll be working for the Hanga Ten gallery🧡

Waiting for Mike’s train 🌌

I only found a thick permanent marker lying about in the car to sketch with for this so I couldn’t do my normal level of detail or tonal gradients.
At the time it was frustrating, but actually looking back that was exactly what I need to get out of my drawing rut 🌱 taken in Penryn, Cornwall by @rosie_flatt

Way back last summer this image started as a half-finished watercolour sketch created @potager_garden on one of the rare days when I actually allowed myself time to enjoy the garden, rather than just work in the cafe!

Little did I know then that I would end up spending a good few months trying to capture that moment in the sun onto a zinc drypoint plate…
Big thanks to @johnhowardprint for teaching me how to prepare my plate and ink it up correctly and consistently (arguably the hardest bit!) taken in Potager Garden by @rosie_flatt
