I just started this book by @julieoliviaauthor yesterday, and I'm already 50% through. I'm eating this story UP ong. You can buy this book NOW and I cannot recommend it enough!!

Helping me promote this book is Marsha! She has the biggest doe eyes I've ever seen in a cat!! She is 10 years old and going deaf but she does NOT let that stop her as she is still is so vibrant and mischievous! 🐱

I'm loving this book so much that I bought her target exclusive book of If it Makes You Happy as well!! Perfect fall vibes. 🍂🎃🍁

Thank you so much @berkleyxobooks and @netgalley for the early read! #julieolivia #lovefeltlikethis #fallreads #contemporaryromance #bookreview by @rosiereadshere

I LOVE RAVEN KENNEDY!!! 😭🖤

This book walked into my life and said "hold my plague" 🫠

Esti is a fiend: half Bane (the plague-bringing VILLAINS) and half fae, so everyone treats her like a walking reminder of all the death and destruction. Her whole life is discriminated against because of this.

Then after a brutal plague, the Pied Piper STEALS her. He's a core fae, one who can actually battle Banes and plagues. Cold. Calculated. Insanely magnetic. The feeling is mutual despite the hate and Esti is NOT okay 👀🔥

This book opens in the MIDDLE of a plague. whatever stress you're imagining, double it. the first 25% had me completely enraptured by the world building. THEN the Piper shows up and we learn even MORE about the world and I was gone 🏃‍♀️💨

Beauty and the Beast (no Gaston) but make it Pied Piper?? Not every captor x captive book gives you those classic B&B vibes, but this one did. EAT THIS UP

I know I've been posting about The Sweetest Fiend so much on my insta but I really loved this book! I finished it last month and wanted to share my final thoughts!

Thank you so much for the gifted ARC copy @avonbooks and @ravenkennedybooks This is one of my top reads this YEAR! #thesweetestfiend #ravenkennedy #bookreview #bookrecs #booksta by @rosiereadshere

I finished The Wretched Divine by @authoradalyngrace!

My honest book review is that this was a fun read!! I love the concept of being bonded to an angel AND a devil who are tied to your soul.

Both characters are amazing, though, i do feel like Adalyn had a clear favorite when developing Severin. Poor Yuri just "NooOoOoO Aurelie STAHP 👁️👄👁️" most of the book. Also felt like Aurelie, the FMC, could've been developed a bit more. I love lady knights, but she just didn't feel like her heart was in it and was very surface level.

Otherwise the world was such an interesting development. I really liked this take on angels vs demons and recommend for a fun read!

AUDIOBOOK REVIEW: The voice actors were simply AMAZING. 5 stars all around for their acting. The only thing that i have an issue is how are we going to have FOUR AMAZING NARRATORS and still force them to voice the opposite gender in the year of our lord 2026??? I BEG!

Thank you to @netgalley and @macmillan.audio for a copy of the audiobook in exchange for an honest review! #arc #romantasy #thewretcheddivine #adalyngrace by @rosiereadshere

I finally got my @illumicrate special editions of @tamora.pierce Protector of the Small series! Tamora Pierce is one of my favorite authors. I've loved her since Alanna and she shaped my childhood into loving stories about lady knights and fantasy! I'm so happy Illumicrate did a version of this series and I'm so excited for it to have a special place on my bookshelf!

Woof, this month was a bit hard for reading. I had TWO HUGE books this month, House of Flame and Shadow AND The Poison Daughter for @wonderlandbookstagram October romantasy book club pick (not that i'm complaining)!

I feel a little guilty putting House of Sky and Breath here because i simply finished up the last 20% i hadn't finished in the PAST TWO YEARS. That book was a SLOG, i'm sorry. At least House of Flame and Shadow made up for it but it's still not my favorite series by SJM. It felt a bit too much like Throne of Glass in regards to the characters. There was almost a one for one copy paste of each character.

My most favorite reads were def The Sweetest Fiend and The Poison Daughter. Absolutely insane story telling by my girls @sheilareadsandwrites and @ravenkennedybooks

Unfortuantly, i had to DNF TWO books this month.. The Someday Garden and The Witches of Cambridge. Just a bit too slow for me. I was very upset by The Witches of Cambridge as i really wanted to love it but it just felt so surface level. 😭

Thank you SO MUCH to @avonbooks and @celestedador for the ARCs of The Sweetest Fiend and Merry Ex-Mas!

Here's to hoping next month i can go back to my usual six books. There's so many good releases next month!!! #bookwrapup #bookreview #booktok #bookgirlies #booksta by @rosiereadshere

There is a new romance bookstore in the lineup, @bmoreromantic. Downtown Baltimore's first romance bookstore! Maryland is POPPING AWF with all these new bookstores. It's a great year to be a reader.

I loved the aesthetic here. It had a vintage vibe that the owner really embraced. I love when a store can be so uniquely local, you can't find that vibe literally anywhere else. The selection here was FANTASTIC and you know they repped Baltimore's local romance queen, @authorbkborison!

Another fantastic day spent with old&new friends and books! 🤗🩷💋 #bookevent #indiebookstores #romancebooks #bookstagram #bookish taken in Baltimore, Maryland by @rosiereadshere

🍂🎃🍁 I'm a bit late in my fall stack tbr!! BUT it was calculated, because today is finally the perfect weather to curl up with one of these. Cold and dreary outside, toasty and warm inside.

The last pic is Poppi, being absolutely adorbs trying to get my attention (and succeeding). Also, peep Marsha up in the top right frame hahaha 🐱

Stack from left to right:
Metal Singer - Rachel Schneider
@waterstones Twig's Traveling Tomes - Gryffin Murphy
@waterstones Disenchanted - Lucy Jane Wood
@bookish_signs The Hedge Witch of Foxhall - Anna Bright
@waterstones Duskbound - Greenwich & Lennox
@waterstones The Unicorn Hunters - Katherine Arden

I should buy Waterstones stock if I'm being honest.
