ATHX x BRICK LA | The road to ATHX Games Los Angeles continues.

This past Saturday, BRICK LA brought an incredible crew together to test their strength, endurance, and metabolic conditioning.
BRICK is more than an incredible gym, it’s a community backed by great leadership and a team committed to giving its members the opportunity to continue evolving as athletes. As an official ATHX affiliate, we’re excited to keep building together and getting this community ready to take on ATHX Games Los Angeles on November 7.

A huge shoutout to the team behind the scenes:

If you’ve joined us at any stop on the ATHX Takeover series: thank you! You’ve helped us introduce a new style of competing to new communities, and now it’s time to keep building.

FIRST TO BRING IT TO LA/OC.
AND WE’RE JUST GETTING STARTED.

EPISODE 005 // TEAM 002 — MISSION ATHX

WORK CLUB USA became the first gym to bring an ATHX Takeover to the LA/OC area.

But this wasn’t about being first.

It was about bringing another level of hybrid competition and experience to our community.

Project Hybrid® is about exposing our members to different formats, different tests, and the best hybrid activations we can bring into the club !!

THE GOAL AND OUR MISSION BUILD BETTER HYBRID ATHLETES.

This was the first ATHX Takeover but definitely not the last.

ATHX is here to stay.
And the club will grow with it.

A little solo London adventure before heading to Birmingham for ATHX Birmingham 🇬🇧
I love a day of solo travel, no real agenda, just following my curiosity and seeing where the day takes me. Beautiful sights, incredible food, and so many little moments that made me fall even more in love with London.
Feeling incredibly lucky to be here representing ATHX Los Angeles on this journey, alongside such an incredible and seriously fun team. 🫶

What a day. 🔥

Today we hosted the very first ATHX Takeover at West LA Athletics, with 60+ members stepping up to test their 5RM deadlift and tackle an endurance partner metcon.

Huge thank you to everyone at West LA Athletics for welcoming us and kicking off what we hope is the first of many ATHX Takeovers across Los Angeles. The energy and community were unreal. 👊

This is just the beginning. One of the first-ever US ATHX competitions is happening right here in Los Angeles on November 7, 2026.
