Are med balls a part of your rec tennis training program?

Weighted med balls give us so many options for training our rotational power and strength for tennis! Add different combos, footwork, and weights to keep variation in your program.

This video shows 14 tennis relevant ways to train with a med ball, and trust me I could add more to this video!

Grab a walk or a partner and get practicing on that rotational trunk strength, you’ll thank me later 💪

EPISODE 005 // TEAM 002 — MISSION ATHX

WORK CLUB USA became the first gym to bring an ATHX Takeover to the LA/OC area.

But this wasn’t about being first.

It was about bringing another level of hybrid competition and experience to our community.

Project Hybrid® is about exposing our members to different formats, different tests, and the best hybrid activations we can bring into the club !!

THE GOAL AND OUR MISSION BUILD BETTER HYBRID ATHLETES.

This was the first ATHX Takeover but definitely not the last.

ATHX is here to stay.
And the club will grow with it.
