Cardiff mix doubles 🫡

Great effort by @millieunit54grft on Wednesday. Enjoyed every second of that one. Even the extra lap 🥴🥴

40m unbroken lunges at that pace has wrecked my ass cheeks but was worth the cheer from the elderly ladies on the side 💪😅

Hyrox done for the minute, let’s see if we can figure out the triathlon malarkey… tbc

Talk about a fish out of water 🥴🥴

me and @jordanrupprich threw ourselves into a GRFT (CrossFit style) comp today @unit54grft. Got absolutely humbled by the weights and workouts but gave it everything we had. 6th losers on the day 🫡

Hyrox Cardiff next up then we turn the attention to learning how to swim, cycle and run fast 🫠🫠 the hybrid training will continue!
