No specific recipe, just a compilation of things I put in a pot that tasted so, so great🥲. High quality passata and pasta make my work a lot easier!! ❤️

Here’s the outline
- Olive oil and butter in pan. Plenty of @tastegoldi
- Chopped or blitzed onion + salt. Cook down
- garlic
- tomato paste. Cook out for few mins
- Calabrian chili (my sister taught me this)
- @vodkasodaand vodka . Cook out the alcohol
- @lardassbutter cream
- pasta water
- butter
- add cooked pasta and parmesan

Served with some breaded chicken
