A morning of connection ❤️

Such a special morning at St. Paul’s, Glenageary, sharing EFT, Breathwork & Reiki together.

A room of amazing, strong women who gave themselves permission to pause, gently let go, receive and support themselves — while also holding space for one another through connection and community.

There is something so powerful about simply coming together as we are. No fixing, no expectations — just space to breathe, soften and be supported.
Selina and I are so grateful for the time, trust and presence of everyone who joined us this morning.

We are forever grateful for these practices, and even more so for the privilege of sharing them with such a beautiful community. 🤍

A gentle reminder, if things feel a little heavy right now 🤍
The last few weeks have been challenging for me too, and this week I’ve been feeling a little under the weather. I could feel the stress showing up in my body, reminding me that sometimes we can only carry so much.
And I know I’m not alone.

So many women I know are juggling a lot — family, children, work, worry, responsibilities and all the everyday things that still need to be done when we’re not feeling our best.

Sometimes we don’t need to work on ourselves or try harder.
Sometimes we just need to meet ourselves with a little more compassion.

Self-care doesn’t have to become another thing on the list either. It might be resting when you can, getting outside for a few minutes, accepting some help, saying no to something, or simply allowing yourself to have a difficult day.
You don’t have to be a certain way today. Just be gentle with yourself where you can. 🤍 by @rowancottagehealing

A morning to pause, connect & come together

So much of what Selina and I love about these gatherings is not only the practices we share, but the sense of connection and community that comes from simply coming together. 🤍

Taking a little time away from the busyness of everyday life, sharing a space with others, and giving ourselves permission to slow down.

Our next gathering will bring together EFT Tapping, Reiki and gentle Breathwork. We’ll begin with EFT, move into Reiki, and finish lying comfortably on our mats with gentle Breathwork — allowing time to settle, reconnect and simply be.

🌿 Reiki Share tomorrow 🤍
We’re really looking forward to welcoming another lovely group tomorrow for our second Reiki Share.
There’s something very special about a Reiki Share — both offering Reiki and receiving it.
Selina and I have been attending Reiki Shares ourselves for many years. Thank you so much Ellen @ellenshilling.ie x. We’ve experienced the support, connection and sense of community they can bring, and they’ve supported and helped shape our own paths in so many ways.
So it feels very special to now be able to share this practice with others and create that space ourselves.
We’re feeling very grateful to be holding this space tomorrow and to be welcoming another beautiful group.
