Sunday 6th Sept - September Reset 🤍 A beautiful morning all to yourself 🙏

✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

I am very excited to be hosting another Breathwork, EFT Tapping & Reiki healing morning on Sunday 6th Sept together with the wonderful Ria @rowancottagehealing 💕Outside in nature….nestled under the beautiful trees & magical garden of Rowan Cottage, Blackrock 🌿

We both love creating a safe, nurturing, healing space where you can slow down, switch off from the busyness of everyday life, let go & reconnect with yourself 🤍

Through Breathwork, EFT Tapping & Reiki healing, we we will gently guide you to release tension, settle your nervous system & create more space for calm and balance.

Between us, we bring our own experiences, knowledge & practices with EFT tapping, Breathwork & Reiki healing to help you reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system & create a little more peace & balance within.

Our intention is for you to leave feeling lighter, calmer, grounded & ready to move through in September more connected to yourself 💕

September can be very busy but it doesn’t need to be overwhelming 🤍

We would love to welcome you.

The Yoga, EFT and Sound Bath event went down beautifully last Sunday. Here they are enjoying some glorious Bosca Capaill Pizza after their beautiful community session healing here at Wicklow Village 🙏🤍🍕

We make life so complicated with these wonderful brains of ours.

But sometimes, coming back to what makes us feel truly alive is much simpler.

Time in nature
Connection to ourselves and each other
A sense of belonging
The freedom to express ourselves authentically

Last Sunday was a beautiful reminder of that.

We moved.
We breathed.
We tapped.
We connected.
And then we softened into deep rest with Yoga Nidra, allowing the healing vibrations of the singing bowls to nourish us on a deeper level.

A few hours to step out of the noise, come back into the body and simply be.

And this is what I want these gatherings to create spaces where we can connect, express, move, rest and remember that we don’t have to do everything alone.

If you’d love to experience the next one, keep an eye on this page.
