Watching my beautiful Maxi recover after eye surgery has reminded me just how strong our little souls can be. 🤍

The past few weeks haven’t been easy, but through it all, Maxi has been so brave. Seeing those little eyes slowly heal, that sweet face starting to brighten again, and his personality coming back has been the most beautiful thing.

We often don’t realise how much our pets rely on us until they need us the most. I’m grateful to have my maxi puff back!

My 20s were about finding myself, making mistakes, chasing things I thought I needed, and learning the hard way.

My mid-30s feel different.

I’m no longer trying to prove who I am. I’m learning to trust myself, protect my peace, let go of what no longer feels right, and appreciate the little things I once overlooked.

Maybe the best years aren’t behind us.

Maybe they’re the years when we finally become who we were always meant to be. 🤍

Lately, I’ve been learning to surround myself with things that feel right — people who bring peace, spaces that feel like home, moments that feel genuine, and energy that doesn’t leave me questioning myself.

I’m choosing more of what feels calm, honest and aligned, and less of what feels forced.

July Update 🤍🌸

This month has been all about choosing me.

Living with endometriosis hasn’t always been easy, but I’ve been focusing on taking care of my body instead of fighting against it. I’ve been nourishing myself with good food, moving my body, slowing down when I need to, and protecting my peace.
