I didn’t plan to say all of this out loud. But standing in front of all the people who showed up raw, it just came out.

A Day with an All round creative🤍

I’ve always been curious about what goes on behind the people building things that inspire others, so I decided to step into their worlds.

For the second episode of a day in their world, I spent a day with Royz, a model, fitness enthusiast, creative, and founder of @theforge_ng , a fitness community built around community, discipline and connection.

I got a glimpse into the discipline, creativity and community behind what he does, and a better understanding of what it takes to build a life around your passion.

ESCAPE was a blast🔥

We took the workout to the beach. Runs, push-ups in the sand, team games that got loud.

Team fire took the trophy 🏆 The competition was real. So was the sportsmanship.
