We’re getting ready for the FIRST ever Community Strides to End Child Hunger food drive and walk, THIS NOVEMBER! All month long, we and community partners will be collecting shelf-stable and kid-friendly food items that will go directly to schools in the area with food pantries and backpack programs. Halfway through, on November 14, we’ll gather for a fun walk/run along the American Tobacco Trail. Following our walk will be a celebration with vendors, raffles and music.

We are currently searching for VENDOR partners for this event. Please DM or email us if you’re interested in setting up a table, providing refreshments or putting items into the raffle benefitting the food drive.

Are you a business interested in hosting a collection box? We’d love to hear from you too.

Help us support our local students and families! 🍎🥫🧃

Repeat this simple affirmation: I deserve care. I deserve time for me.

Just one 60 or 90 minute session can go a long way to make you feel relieved and recentered. Make your wellness a habit!

Himalayan Pink Salt Stones 🩷

Enhance your massage with warmed Himalayan salt stones. They provide direct thermal heat that relieves sore muscles, and contain natural minerals that further soothe the skin and quietly combat inflammation. Himalayan salt stones feel smooth to the touch, but gently exfoliate and brighten your skin.

Available to add on to any massage service! ✨

Did you know? R&R Wellness Spa was the first spa in the Triangle to offer float therapy.

Our float experience is extra special because it is a room instead of a tank, allowing for a more comfortable and spacious float experience.

Float therapy is great for reducing pressure on your joints, regulating your sleep cycle and meditation. Float therapy has even helped rotate breech babies to the correct position! 🫧

If you’re curious about float therapy, give us a call or book online at rrwspa.com.
