Literally exhausted and tired at the beginning of this video. But this experience brought me back to life. S/o to the best boss @sabrinaseymore ! I finally used the gift card she gave us for Christmas and I truly enjoyed my experience at @rrwspa . The space was clean, the staff was so attentive and caring and I got chance to try some new therapy experiences. From teaching to traveling and long hours at my laptop… I NEEDED THIS.

Had the most amazing massage by Nicollette and I will definitely be back. I’m honestly thinking about a monthly membership. If you haven’t checked R&R Wellness Spa out, please add it to your list for your next spa or maintenance day🤍

Your service provider really matters. Ashley was so sweet & I enjoyed every moment. Not only did I feel so radiant for the remainder of the day/week, I felt whole. @rrwspa has the most caring & dedicated staff. Ashley also shared that she’s looking for new clients💗

Nicolette asked what my problem areas were, and I shared that I’ve been holding lots of tension in my shoulders and back for years. She was meticulous, her medium to firm pressure was just right, and her technique was impeccable. I walked out feeling so relaxed. Book your next massage at @rrwspa & tell them I sent you✨

If you’re searching for a wellness spa to call home in North Carolina— I have just the place. Located in Durham, NC, Recovery & Rehabilitation (R&R) Wellness Spa would love to have you. Black-woman-owned and standing on a foundation of faith and humility, the R&R team has intentionally and strategically created an oasis that encourages you to turn your brain off.

As a mom and a young adult navigating the woes of life, my massage and facial could not have come at a better time. Nicolette gave me a medium-to-firm pressure massage, while Ashley treated me to my very first facial. Both served me with diligence and care, while being meticulous and attentive to the needs I discussed prior to beginning.

For my first facial, I am highly pleased. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and grateful for the experience.
