Celebrating 10 Years of RS Design Management today!

On September 15th, we proudly celebrate a decade in business - 10 years of transforming homes, crafting inspired spaces, and building meaningful relationships with clients, tradespeople, and industry partners.

From our very first project, RS Design Management has been guided by a passion for detail-driven interiors and a commitment to excellence. What started as a vision has grown into a trusted design practice known for creativity, professionalism, and collaboration.

Major Milestones
•Certified Associate Kitchen & Bath Designer (AKBD)
•ASID Leadership: serving as a Board Member of the American Society of Interior Designers
•Best of Houzz Awards: 8 years running
•56 Five-Star Reviews from amazing clients
•Formation of our very own custom cabinet line

Looking ahead, we enter our next decade with gratitude - for our clients who entrust us with their homes, for vendors and partners who inspire collaboration, and for the design community that continues to grow and evolve. The future holds fresh opportunities, bold projects, and the same commitment to thoughtful design that has fueled the last 10 years.

We’re especially excited to be kicking off this new chapter by participating in the highly anticipated Aspire Showhouse- opening in just two days! This showcase brings together top designers to present innovative spaces, and we’re honored to have our work reflect RS Design Management’s signature blend of timeless detail and functional beauty.

Here’s to 10 years of beautiful, functional spaces, and many more ahead.

At RS Design Management, we don’t just design kitchens and bathrooms— we create spaces people can’t stop talking about! From sleek finishes to functional layouts, every detail is intentional, and every project is a reflection that.

A wonderful day at the ASID NJ Design XPO, spent with our vendor partners and fellow designers.
Nothing replaces having materials in hand and human interactions.
Looking forward to serving another year on the board of the #asidnj

I was fortunate to be one of the inaugural groups to earn this certificate developed by the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) in collaboration with the international WELL Building Institute (IWBI). The certificate provides a holistic framework for creating safer, more nurturing spaces that support longevity within the built environment.
As our homes continue to play a bigger role in our mental health, well-being and quality of life, designers have a responsibility to create spaces that actively support how people live, rest and heal.
I’m excited to bring this framework to every project.

This is what a mudroom of an empty nester looks like!

It’s back to school for so many kids today and no matter what age your kids are, the mudroom is always the hardest working space in the house. And before you know it, there will be boots, coats and winter gear!

Every bathroom we design starts with the same goal: create a space that’s beautiful to look at and even better to live in!

A fireplace is often the focal point of a room, but in this project, the goal was bigger than updating a single feature—we wanted to completely reimagine how this family used and experienced the space.

What was once a large room with an underwhelming fireplace became a destination for gathering, entertaining, and everyday living. Custom cabinetry provides storage and function, open shelving adds display space, and a textured tile surround transforms the fireplace into a true architectural feature.

The result feels brighter, more intentional, and far more connected to the way our clients live today. taken in Florham Park, New Jersey by @rsdesignmanagement
