Shouldn’t we demand more from our city?

The City should be setting the standard for how properties are maintained and managed downtown—not contributing to the problem.

We should be working with our existing downtown businesses and helping them succeed, not pushing them aside to make way for more high-density housing.

Do you think this is a smart way to spend our tax dollars?

I don’t. I think we need better management in this city plus more respect for residents and their hard-earned tax dollars.

D1 area residents please send me a DM if you’d like a yard sign. 🙏 taken in Corona, California by @rsty_raptor

While I was out canvassing this week, I stumbled across this wall, and I recognized it immediately because a concerned and active Corona resident had recently posted about its condition.

Fortunately, Joe Morgan was walking with me and was able to provide some clarity about who is responsible for maintaining this area: The CITY…

But here’s the bigger question:

This neighborhood has been fully developed for decades. Should it still look like this?

We hear a lot of talk about new projects, new development and big plans for Corona , but what about taking care of the neighborhoods and infrastructure we already have?

Do you feel like your City Council is paying enough attention to the condition and upkeep of YOUR neighborhood?

After eight years with the same leadership, I think it’s fair to look around and ask whether we can do better.

I believe we can. And that’s why I’m running.

It’s time to stop accepting “good enough.”

It’s time for new eyes, new priorities and new leadership in Corona.

🗳️ Vote for change this November. by @rsty_raptor
