Airborne. 🚀 When Andrew came to me this summer, the goal was simple: build high-level strength, explosive agility, and match-ready conditioning to transition into his junior year at Cal State Dominguez Hills. The work put in behind closed doors shows up when the lights turn on. Look at the elevation—completely dominating above the defensive line. Pumped to watch you tear it up this season, @andrew__arreola Year 3 is going to be special. 📈 #AthleticPerformance #StrengthAndConditioning #CSUDH #SoccerTraining #ExplosivePower by @ru.motivated
Consistency always wins. ⚽️⚡️ Eighth-grader Anabel has been putting in the work 1–2 days a week in her strength, conditioning, speed, and agility block—and the results are speaking for themselves. She’s getting stronger, moving faster, and building the physical base she needs to dominate on the pitch. The best part? Seeing her field confidence skyrocket every single week. Small weekly investments lead to massive game-day payoffs. Keep building, Anabek! 📈💪 #SoccerTraining #YouthAthlete #StrengthAndConditioning #AthleteDevelopment by @ru.motivated
THERE’S A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SHOWING UP AND LOCKING IN. 🔒 Walking through the Garage Grind doors is the easy part. Anyone can clock in. But once the timer starts, are you actually present?  "Locking in" means every rep has a purpose. It means your phone is down, your focus is sharp, and you’re intentional about your bracing, your tempo, and your effort.  Don’t just be a body in the gym. Be an athlete on a mission. The results don't come from the hour you spent here—they come from the intensity you brought to that hour.  Lock in. Get it done. Reap the benefits.  Let's Train  RU-Motivated Training  #RUMotivated #GarageGrind #LockIn #AthleteMindset #IntentionalTraining NoFluff StrengthAndConditioning by @ru.motivated
350 lbs ➡️ 285 lbs of pure, relentless power. 😤🔥 Look at William. This isn’t a "diet" story. This is a rebuilding story.  When William first stepped into the gym, the goal wasn't just to lose weight—it was to uncover the beast underneath. 65 pounds down, and he isn’t just lighter; he’s stronger, more dangerous, and moving like an elite athlete.  Here is the truth most people miss: Time is going to pass anyway. You can either spend the next few years making excuses, or you can spend them putting in the work. William chose the work. He didn't let a number on a birth certificate or a number on the scale dictate his future. No shortcuts. No magic pills. Just consistency, heavy iron, and the refusal to quit.  Age is a number. Giving up is a choice. Drop a 💪 to show some respect for William's legendary grind! #RUmotivated #BeastMode #Grit #Relentless #StrengthTraining AthletesForLife  CoachRafa by @ru.motivated
Built for the game. Not for the trends. 😤 No fluff. No shortcuts. Just heavy iron, fast feet, and relentless effort. The standard is the standard. Why Strong is the New Standard for Women." 🏋️‍♀️🔥 Lifting heavy isn't about "bulking up"—it’s about leveling up every aspect of your life. Whether it’s hitting a Bench Press PR or mastering the Hip Thrust, the benefits of strength training for women go far beyond the mirror. Why We Train: - Bone Density: Heavy squats and deadlifts are the #1 defense against osteoporosis as we age. Build your "internal armor" now. 🦴 - Metabolic Fire: Muscle is active tissue. The more you build, the higher your resting metabolism. You’ll burn more fat even when you’re *not* in the gym. 📉🔥 - Hormonal Balance: Resistance training helps regulate insulin sensitivity and can naturally boost your energy levels. - Functional Independence: Being able to do a Pull-up or a heavy Deadlift makes daily life—from carrying groceries to keeping up with the kids—a breeze. - The Mental Edge: There is nothing like the confidence of knowing you can move weight you once thought was impossible. That "Berrako" mindset in the gym translates to confidence in the boardroom and at home. 🧠💪 The ladies in this video aren't just "exercising"—they are becoming the strongest versions of themselves.
