THE GLOWING LIFE OF LEEANN WU by Mindy out now. I have a lot of names. Canadian. Rep'd by Sarah E. Younger @nyliterary

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Hey friends, here's a new pinned intro post for anyone who's joined me recently and a refresher for all my lovely people: I'm Ruby Lang AND Opal Wei AND Mindy Hung. Ruby writes contemporary romance, Opal has a romcom out, and Mindy writes contemporary fantasy/women's/book club fiction, the latest being THE GLOWING LIFE OF LEEANN WU.

No matter the name, I'm small, bespectacled and an aspiring Asian Auntie. I relocated back to my home country of Canada after 20+ years in NYC. I take badly-lit pictures of food, and post photos of gardens (mine and other more impressive ones), amusing graffiti, and, of course books.

My Ruby Lang books (all contemporary romance) include the Practice Perfect series, about 3 physicians who live, practice, squabble, and love in Portland, OR, as well as the Uptown series about love and real estate in New York City. My Opal Wei romcom, Wild Life, is an Asian-Canadian homage to the Katharine Hepburn/Cary Grant movie Bringing Up Baby. And my latest, The Glowing Life of Leeann Wu, is a contemporary fantasy/women's fiction about a 40-something midwife whose hands begin to glow. All three are open door and I'd say medium spice.

Info, buy links and content notes for all my books are on my website. All are available in ebook and audio and most of them are available in print.

Thanks, and hope to chat with you all.

THE GLOWING LIFE OF LEEANN WU is out in the world. Thank you all so much for a gorgeous release day. I apologize if I didn't respond to you personally--sometimes I lose those messages in the app ughh (very frustrating!).

THE GLOWING LIFE OF LEEANN WU is available everywhere books are sold. It comes in print (paper and hardback), ebook and audio (narrated by the incomparable Natalie Naudus).

Please buy or request at the library, listen on audio, enjoy, review, talk about the book, read it on public transportation and meet people also reading the same story, discuss it loudly in your book groups or get slightly creeped out by it alone at night. Any and all of those things AND MORE would be absolutely amazing. Thank you all and love you.

COVER REVEAL! Look at @author.emma.barry's YOU, ME, & THE CONSPIRACY out November 10. Emma is one of my favourite authors and people, and I'm so excited to read this sure to be smart, sexy, nerdy academic adventure. Also, amazing Andrew Garfield vibes here. Kudos to cover designer Robin Har!

I've included a link to preorder on my links page (which is the first link in my bio, naturally).
