MERCI for a wonderful Vienna Design Week 🌭✨

It has been a great pleasure designing our unique Potpourri Würstelstand for this years 20th anniversary of @viennadesignweek

Merci to all our partners, @studio_dessi @lobmeyr @lobmeyrlighting @mariedares @adamgeorg @werkstaette_carlauboeck @rudolf.fitz, for collaborating with us. Your designs fulfilled our vision and it wouldn’t have been what it is without you.

The last 10 festival days were truly special, merci to all visitors for joining our installation! Especially our würstelstand evening on Saturday was a massive highlight, having over 100 curious würstelstand minds celebrating a Viennese world heritage. taken in Vienna, Austria by @rudolf.fitz

PUBART presents: RUDOLF FITZ

Vienna-based Rudolf Fitz turns overlooked fragments of the city into poetic, nostalgic paintings. Corner shops, faded typography, vintage gumball machines, traditional sausage stands — the small things nobody photographs become his central motifs, preserving the texture of places that are quietly disappearing.

“My work is a fictional reinterpretation of memories and observed moments. I’m fascinated by ordinary, often overlooked details of the city and aim to present them in a new light. I approach each painting intuitively, allowing the final motif to emerge naturally throughout the creative process.”

Swipe through for a peek inside @rudolf.fitz’s studio, scenes from recent exhibitions, and a bit of the world behind the paintings.

His works — and limited edition prints — are on display now. Link in bio / www.pubart.at (shipping across the EU).

Round off: 40°C outside but I manifest here. I’ll get this PESCHERIA one day, would melt in front of this painting rather.

Bravo to you @rudolf.fitz and congrats ☕️🤍🫐
