If you’re looking for the exact spot where Siquijor’s limestone cliffs meet the deep turquoise of the Mindanao Sea, you just found it. 🌊🧗‍♂️

Pitogo Cliff is that "blink-and-you’ll-miss-it" turnoff in Lazi that leads to some of the most dramatic coastal views on the island.

It’s not just a viewpoint; it’s a rugged, salt-sprayed playground for anyone who isn’t afraid of heights (or a bit of a leg workout).

◇ Why you should go:

》 The Cliff Jump: If the tide is right, there’s a platform for the brave. It’s a literal leap of faith into crystal-clear water.

》 The Peace: Unlike the crowded waterfalls, Pitogo often feels much more secluded. You can sit on the edge of the world and just listen to the waves crashing against the rocks.

◇ Tips & Tricks:

》 🥿 Sturdy footwear is a must: The path down is steep and the rocks at the bottom are sharp. This is not the place for flimsy flip-flops. wear sandals with straps or sneakers.

》 🌊 Check the tide: If you’re planning to jump, ask the locals or the staff if the water is deep enough. At low tide, the rocks below are a no-go. Safety first, content second.

》 🌅 Golden Hour is elite: Try to arrive around 4:30 PM. The sun hits the cliffs at an angle that makes the limestone glow, and it’s significantly cooler than midday.

◇ The Verdict: Is it worth it?
