The language of fire, as demonstrated during our workshop by Ruben. We donโ€™t just speak and explain through words and vocabulary but also embody the language by living it ourselves. By engaging in movement, we create portals for our participants to connect with their own moving bodies. Contractions, fast movements, core engagement. Fire is the element of transformation and destruction, making space for new beginnings. It is a vital step in the process of alchemizing our energies.
