Joy & happiness. That is the whole point.

Shout out to @newbalancerunning for putting on such an EPIC event last Friday at the Lincoln park zoo! Twas a gorgeous night bringing together various teams of 10, all dividing and conquering a 10k loop AROUND THE ANIMALS! 🦏. That surely wasn’t on my 2026 bucket list but a time was had! ✨

Join us for a beginner-friendly 2.8-mile trail run at King County’s Cougar Mountain Regional Wildland Park featuring demo pairs of the all-new Teva Trailpeak, Teva’s performance trail running shoe built for days spent moving on the trail.

We’ll kick things off with a relaxed group run designed to be welcoming for all paces and experience levels. Whether you’re new to trail running or already spend your weekends chasing dirt, this is a chance to get outside, and connect with the Seattle running community.

Join us this Sunday as we wrap up our Trails Series in a very special way! In partnership with South End Running Exchange we will be celebrating their Grand Opening!

We will be running a 2 (ish) mile loop starting from Picnic Shelter 4, and you can do one or two loops. The first half of the trail loop is wide gravel path, and the second half is more adventurous single track trail. There is also a 1 mile out and back walk route on the gravel path that is suitable for walkers and any ambitious strollers. taken in Seward Park, Seattle by @run_csrd

Monday, September 28th! Come celebrate Hispanic History Month with our first CSRD and @allstrideslatines collab for Hispanic History Month! The run will begin at 6:30 pm at MOHAI.

Come run, connect and celebrate the stories, cultures, achievements, and contributions of Hispanic and Latino communities in Seattle.

Post run snacks will be provided by @pandelaselva_
