I wasn't raised in church, I was raised in the streets(by choice). I cannot tell you a verse in bible, but I can quote lyric to lyric from Trap or Die.

God spoke to me years ago. My friends were either dying or going to jail at the time. God said " leave it alone and I'll make better way" . I listened to that voice. While it was hard to turn away from what I knew, it was best decisions Ive ever made. Since then, Ive experience great things in life, most importantly my daughter.

1. A man of God
2. A great person
3. A great father
4. Endurance

I believed that I had to be perfect to openly talk about god so I don't be judged by my daily mistakes. My walk with God is my own and non "traditional" but f@ck it, it's my walk.

The best lesson in life is learning from your own mistakes. There's also lesson in learning from others mistakes. I've learned a-lot from my dad being not being present in my life. I know of my dad but don't know my dad.

Time is one thing I can always give my kids. It's very important for me to show up always for them. I make so many mistakes as a father and i struggle with the feeling of rather I'm doing enough as a father.

But seeing the example of fathers always inspire me to just be present. Thanks to all the fathers I look to for example. Keep leading by example cause you never know who's watching. Salute to all the fathers 👑
