Okay today was fun! 💪🏼
First was sprint training with an awesome group of people, including some Iron Man athletes 😳
▫️1 mile warmup run
▫️6 rounds of 400 m sprint (this almost took me out)
▫️1 mile cooldown run 🏃🏼‍♀️💨
Then me and @one_tonfit decided to finish it off with a 20 minute circuit 🔥 ▫️5 tire flips (200 lb tire 😩)
▫️10 knee tucks ▫️10 pull-ups ➡️Repeat 4 rounds
