#gr54 #alpinehiking #happyhiker #blessedwithhealth #freedom … slog of a day from La Monetier-les-Bains to Vallouise. Not as spectacular as yesterday despite the exquisite villages! Pure heaven. Encountered a couple of French hunters in fluoro, hunting for wild boar in the forest I was ascending! I can confirm I was not shot. Also scored a country omelette for lunch from a remote farm house! Love France … part of my dna. Tomorrow is the biggest day of the hike 🤞🤞🤞 taken in Vallouise-Pelvoux by @runawaycomrade
