Ran out to talk to Jon today. He would have been running with me - pushing me while I complained about my asthma. He would have also asked if we could stop for an ice cream cone mid run. 😆 The trees around his bench have grown so big and beautiful making me ache knowing it’s been years since I last talked to him. I think I’ll get an ice cream cone and wash it down with a beer in his honor. 💕 Life is short and so beautiful. How lucky are we?! taken in Belmont Harbor by @runbaker

Met a guy getting off a bus. He had just gotten off work. We walked and I could tell he was decompressing from work. I looked over and saw the beautiful sun peeking over at us. He winked at me and said, “It’s a good day.” We walked on together just soaking it up. by @runbaker
