It’s been a while since I’ve been able to run consistently-I’ve been struggling with a tight hamstring. I *think* it was a new pair of sneakers that my body didn’t like, so I switched back to a (new pair of) old go to models and it has felt SO much better. I’m also in this new season of not pushing myself too hard and doing other movement aside from running. Practicing what I preach to my runners 👌🏻

Also-anyone like my bedazzled Garmin? 😂 by @runcoachchels

This week has been wild with a sick kiddo and extremely unseasonably warm temps. My body was not feeling a run, and I was super sweaty after 😅 by @runcoachchels
