Not what we came for but against all the odds I’m proud I managed to drag my broken body over the finish line.

It was honour to share the floor with @laura.cavefit and even if we didn’t get a fast time we most definitely had a good time!

Huge shoutout to our cheer squad drill sergeant @lilliesfitness and @lol.pedr0 and of course the absolute 🐐 @simonrphoto for the snaps 📸 taken in Manchester, United Kingdom by @runnerben_

The past couple of months have been an absolute whirlwind. It’s safe to say it has left me absolutely exhausted but I am SO grateful for the opportunities that have come my way.

Highlights include flying to Berlin with @therunnerbeans to experience the marathon weekend with Westin, shot for @appletv and @runthroughuk (shoutout @jamiedellimore), worked with some of my favourite brands (@exalt) and Premier League football teams / players (🤯!!!), gone stateside to capture my favourite YouTuber (and person in general) @lilliesfitness running the Chicago Marathon etc etc

For those of you still reading (thank you) all of this has been at the expense of my own training and general health and fitness. Shoutout to my coach @dannybreeze for being so understanding and patient but with Hyrox Manchester in January fast approaching where I have the impossible task of trying to keep up with @laura.cavefit it's time to lock in. by @runnerben_

🚨 TOP 5 REASONS YOU SHOULD SUBSCRIBE TO M̶Y̶ OUR YOUTUBE CHANNEL!!! 🍿

💰 We still lose money every month creating the videos so you’d be doing o̶u̶r̶ my bank balance a massive favour

😜 Every subscribe reinforces our confidence that everyone else thinks we’re absolutely hilarious as well

🚲 If we can get to a point where we break even, and even make a penny, then we might be able to buy Ben an e-bike - this would save us around £20 a week on 🍋‍🟩 rental!!!!!

🫶🏻 We’ve managed to get through 9 months of doing this with only one domestic (which occurred today and wasn’t because I forced him to make this video), each subscribe protects our friendship from its impending destruction

🍹🍺 It’s cheaper (it’s free!!!!) than buying me an Aperol and Ben an alc free beer, but has the same positive impact on our morale to keep going with this strange career path

LINK IN MY BIO!!!!!

PS: If you subscribe you’re also allowed to request a video concept of your choosing, please comment below ⬇️ (yes, we just want free ideas thanks x) taken in Battersea Park by @runnerben_

3 YEARS SOBER! POP THE CHAMPAGNE 🍾

It was actually 3 years yesterday but I forgot. Busy weekend.

But I have now been alcohol free for 3 years! Crazy to think. It was never intended but I’m so glad it happened.

Will I ever drink again? In the words of the great philosopher Justin Bieber: “Never Say Never” but for now I’m loving the alcohol free life. taken in London, United Kingdom by @runnerben_
