The best kind of crossovers to happen❣️

Glad I took part in @josh.s.carr class back in May (after being scared of them for the most part of me being at Gymshark🤣🤣)

A whole lot of memories made and a whole lot of miles ran 🙌

I’m excited about this one… I’ve been sharing running content online for 14 years from blogs and twitter to instagram and YouTube. It’s changed so much in that time but one thing hasn’t changed - wanting to give helpful, unbiased kit reviews.

And in a space that is predominantly male, I wanted to be a voice sharing female focused, mid-pack running shoe reviews (as well as my other passions - high impact sports bras, running gels and running buggies).

I’ve been buying a lot of kit to share my honest thoughts then selling some on Vinted (even buying some there too!) to reinvest but becoming a @runnersneed ambassador will help me try more shoes and hopefully help you guys make informed decisions on whether something is worth your money (or not!)

But don’t worry, I’ll still be sharing the independent brands, small businesses and international retailers.

2027 is going to be BIG.

Thank you for everyone that has been around since the beginning and for those that have followed me at any stage along the way.

Which kit do you want to know about?? Let me know…

Another Tuesday, another Gymshark 5K 👊

Just under 30 mins, but after Sunday’s 10K PB... this one felt HARD 😂

Thought I was going to have a nice easy run, but the legs clearly had other ideas. Definitely still feeling that 10K!

Big thanks to @hannahrose.runs for pushing me through it and the party bus @runnerben_ and @movewithmas for keeping the music going 🎶

And then Garmin decided to have its say...

“Demanding day. You’ve had a demanding day.” 😂

Yeah yeah Garmin, I get the message... REST! 😂

Easy 5K done. Now time to actually listen to the watch for once 👀

14 weeks of hard work for this block. Didn’t get the result I wanted, but the memories, laughs and good times made it all worth it. Not every block goes to plan, but we keep showing up. On to the next one 🤝❤
