Congratulations to my daughter and Sabrina Fornino for assisting Dalana on her first 3 pointer and buzz beater! 💪🏼
There’s a back story here, the girls are always practicing 3’s but discouraged to try them in games. ( 5th grade ballers)

Tonight I drove 4 girls to practice and they were practicing 3’s before the practice (we sometimes have a practice before a game) and Coach Steve said if your open and have a clear shot take it. That was all Dalana needed to hear… Finally the approval to try… she did and couldn’t have without that Asst from Sabrina!

Nothing like the first one 🥹. I’m one proud mama !

Flash back Fridays because I absolutely loved my fitness modeling days and feel so blessed to have lived and continue to live a life I have always wanted….

Accomplished every goal I had before having my daughters and you’re never to old to create new ones.

Another weekend in sports with a (weekend off) from Subzero and Monster basketball. I’m so impressed with the improvements Daven has made in soccer I missed her second game but got texts about how amazing she played today and I’m so happy it’s all falling into place for her.

Sunday nights are about flag and once again I was bouncing from field to field to get a few clips of each girl. I am so proud of them and how hard they both work when no one is looking. by @runnerella5611

Another fantastic long weekend with all the things that make my household happy!

I was planning on doing a Hyrox this Fall but honestly I am loving just doing the training and living vicariously through my athletic children. It’s not that I won’t do one it’s just a matter of when?… 🤔 right now life is really good where it is and all my injuries seem to have settled down so we will see.

I have played or tried every sport except softball until this past weekend. Thank you to the Turi family for inviting me to the annual parents softball game this weekend.
I had so much fun and what better way to teach my girls to never be afraid to try anything new even in your 50’s.
