📣 Wait …. Is that me☝🏻? 📣

It really is a “Pinch Me” Moment to see myself on the cover of @womensrunninguk magazine 📔🫢

It was a privilege to talk to @rachelifans about my running journey so far, My kit essentials, And Tena Lady 😄

A Huge Thank you to @joseph_branston for making the photoshoot so much fun 📸🤩🙏

Will always be forever grateful to @esther_newman_ and @rushbynature for the opportunity 💫

Today was my day 🤗

2:47:04 - a 2 minute & 30 second PB @berlinmarathon

A negative split in a marathon 1:23.50 vs 1:23:14 (This hasn’t happened to me for a long time in a marathon)

I trusted the process .

I trusted the training .

I trusted myself .

And I didn’t let go 🥹

Thank you @bendimond1984 for giving me the opportunity to chase my dreams and supporting me through all of my training and for taking a shift this weekend with the kids 😆❤️

Thank you to @rushbynature and @pete_stables for designing a training programme specifically around mum life 🥰 🙏

I am a Berlin Legend 🇩🇪 🏃🏻‍♀️🏅

Running will give you the highest highs and the lowest lows 🎢

It will test you, break you, and sometimes make you question everything 😮‍💨

But the setbacks, the heartbreak and the hard days are all part of the journey.

It’s not about never falling. It’s about refusing to stay down.

Tell me you’ve been there without telling me you’ve been there 👇🏻 🥹

Based on a true story 📝 😂🧊

Not me attempting a full body factory reset 🥶 ⏻ 🙂‍↔️

And perhaps that’s why we keep coming back 🥺

Nothing can humble us quite like a marathon…

Months of training. Early mornings. Sacrifices. One goal.

Then comes 26.2 miles. ❤️

Sometimes everything clicks and you run the race of your dreams 💫

Sometimes you have to let go of the race you’ve spent months dreaming of while you’re still out there fighting to finish it ⚔️

Because whether you cross that finish line with a PB or a broken plan, you leave with something no training session could ever teach you 🌱

A little more humility. A little more resilience. And a whole lot more knowledge of what you’re capable of.

And perhaps it’s that very strength, born in the moments you wanted to give up, that keeps drawing you back to the start line carrying everything you’ve learnt about yourself into the runner you become next ✨

Marathon runners, Which stage hit you the hardest? 🖤

Inspired by @toribop after all the conversations of marathons we’ve run. The ones that have broken our hearts and the ones that have made us feel invincible. ❤️‍🔥

✨ ’Tis the season to be a little ‘extra’ 💎

Because obviously, a little sparkle makes you faster… right?! 😂✨

But whilst we’re out here making our race bibs a bit more ✨bling✨, remember to check the race rules first. Some events don’t allow you to alter your bib, no matter how good it looks! But there are also some that encourage the race day glow up 🙃

Now, who else is entering their bedazzled era? 💅🏼💎

Your running doesn’t always need a complete overhaul 🛠️

Sometimes, it’s the little things that make the biggest difference. 🤏🏻

Whilst I’m still working on lots my running has improved thanks to adjusting these little things.

Baby steps = Huge milestones 👣

You don’t need to change everything overnight. Pick one thing, practise it consistently and see how it feels…

Because becoming a better runner isn’t always about pushing harder. Sometimes, it’s about mastering the little things that make you run smarter 👏🏼

Thank you @sashshots for capturing the absolute rollercoaster of emotions that one race can take you on 💪🏻 🥲 📸

That’s just my ‘inner applause’ you can hear 🥺

We spend so much time trying to calm our nerves, quiet our doubts and convince ourselves that we’re ready. But maybe we don’t need to silence those feelings. Maybe we just need to change the story we tell ourselves about them 🦋

Your body is preparing.
Your body knows this matters.
Those nerves? Maybe they’re just excitement that hasn’t found the right words yet ✨

remember you don’t have to feel fearless to be brave. It’s important to do things that scare you… You just have to keep showing up.

Save this for when you need reminding that your body isn’t holding you back it’s cheering you on 👏🏻 🫶🏻 🗣️ 📣

You can’t beat that post rainy run feeling 🌧️ 👌🏼

Even if I miss the heat… Tis’ the Season 🍂

What’s your running sweet spot?

🥶 Crisp & cold

🥵 Hot & sweaty

#running #season #rain #sweet #feels by @runnerof4

Sometimes, without even knowing it, you become the reason someone else believes they can do it too ✨

Never underestimate the power of showing up, chasing your dreams and letting people see what’s possible.

Because you never know who’s watching… or who you might inspire along the way. 🫶🏼

Keep Going whether it’s ‘cringe’ or not 💫
