Congratulations @fodrunner on your 1:11 at @greateasternrun👏 We’ve had the pleasure of working with Andy recently and this guy is a great asset to the running community. Works extremely hard and is as genuine as they come! 🙌 We’re sure he’ll keep pushing and that PB will finally get reeled in. #runnerscommunity #runningcommunity #runningmotivation #runner #runnervits by @runnervits

A new face, alongside a familiar one 👋🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

We’re excited to welcome @incapadfield to the RunnerVits athlete team! 💚

And what better way to kick things off than alongside fellow RunnerVits athlete @george.grassly at last week’s Manchester Half Marathon.

Welcome to the team, Inca! 🙌

One of our founders ran the Berlin Marathon last Sunday. It’s the first major marathon since our launch and it’s safe to say we were happy with how @runnervits helped during the training block and the race! #runnervits #marathon #marathontraining #runningcommunity taken in BERLIN-MARATHON by @runnervits

Not all Omega-3 is created equally! Pay big attention to the DHA and EPA levels, or just use Runnervits so you don’t have to worry!

DHA builds your brain and eyes; EPA cools inflammation and helps your heart.

He’s back in business. 👏

We’ve been with @colerunning since he first got the bad news about his injury. We can’t explain how good it feels to see him work his way back to a start line — and even more so to see him pull that out of the bag! 1:05:51 🚀 We also know how much more there is to come! #greatnorthrun #runnervits #runningcommunity #runningmotivation by @runnervits
