Reposted from @paulavjater Runs with my 74-year-old dad remind me of this:
✨ Age is more than a number.
✨ Mindset is everything.
✨ Every day we wake up is a blessing.

When I get to move with my family or even by myself, I realize how what feels ‘normal’ is actually the greatest gift. These moments inspire me to love life every single day.

It’s why I do what I do , creating effective ways to move with intention, to build strength in both body and mind, and to invest in vitality. Because the real goal is not just to add years to our life, but to add life to our years.

We move today to invest in tomorrow. 🤍
