I’m not sure how I was able to finish this race, I have been having some medical issues which prevented me from training. I went to the race anyway. It was very hard race, I felt like I was a death March the whole race. Great running into Annie, and two of the guys I ran with for miles, they were so awesome and help me got through it all. I said never again but you know us ultra runners have a very short memory. 😂🙌🏃🏻‍♂️ taken in Hennepin Canal Trail by @runspartathlon

First time going shark teeth hunting in a while. Found 22 sharks teeth in few hours and my friends found another 30-35 total. Not a bad day. taken in Guana North Beach by @runspartathlon

When I started running long time ago, I felt like that’s all I talked about, now I have found something that I’m just as passionate about years later. I suffer from heart flutters and afib and for some reason doing Lagree doesn’t affect my heart condition at all. I really do feel the difference only after 14 classes so far and I find myself@telling everyone to try it. Thank you @april_eddie_blair for making the classes so fun! taken in Jacksonville Beach, Florida by @runspartathlon

Picture with one of our favorite Lagree ( Pilates) instructor. I never thought I would be paying for another gym membership fee for such a silly thing 😂 we are hooked! After 12 classes I’m really feeling the difference! taken in Jacksonville Beach, Florida by @runspartathlon

Nice run at 3:30pm during the low tide, it wasn’t super hot and the water was surprisingly blue Saturday. Usually it is a lot more brown from the river water flowing into our ocean north of us. Thanks for the run @nelly_irl97 taken in Jacksonville Beach, Florida by @runspartathlon
