always show up for yourself, not for someone else
you vs. you - always 🫂
little side note: winter training really tested my mental strength🙃

rome marathon recap 🏛️🏃🏼‍♀️

this race was such a rollercoaster. feeling strong at the start, enjoying every bit of sightseeing while running through the city, then really struggling once the cobblestones and the later kms kicked in. from km 30 onwards it was honestly more a mental game than anything else. finishing this race felt incredibly special🪩❤️‍🔥

still can’t believe a new pb happened here: 03:44:58. very grateful for this one 🫂
