Oh no… this deserves its OWN fkn post. 🍑🔥

2.5 years with 💪🏾COACH💪🏾 Russell and THIS is what he’s built… and the scary part? I’ve never given him a true growing season doing it 100% his way. 😖

I could lock in for prep, but growing season? I definitely had other priorities. 🤪🍸🎶 Coach knew my potential the whole time, and I probably tested every ounce of his patience.

Well… I finally understand the assignment. 😈

Almost 3 weeks post-show and I’m officially entering my first REAL growing season. Food. Training. Recovery. Growth. By the book. Coach’s way.

Look what he did with me when I was only half listening…

Now imagine what we’re about to do when I actually behave. 👊🏾🔥

Next season is going to look very different.

And shoutout to my girl Lily for making this comparison and sending it to me.. my teammate, my Bikini Pro, and always supporting me (& making my fab 💃🏽) 👑💋

Congrats @fitjasminerose.ifbbpro for the win today and getting that Masters ⭕️lympia qualification.

We have been competing since April this year where she got second place in Utah, followed by 3rd place in San Diego and another 2nd place last month in Tennessee.

This show was a last attempt this year before we went into an off season and it payed off.

I know this win meant a lot for Jasmine but it was my 1st pro win as a coach and couldn’t be more proud of her and the entire team.

Nashville was a blast!! Another pro show in the books and another🥈2nd place placing for Masters Pro 40+ 🥰 More experience + more data + a great time = growth ❤️.

It’s been 7 years and now 4 competitions running with my coach. Every prep is different and 2026 was by far the most complicated, but regardless we surpassed the “Overall” physique we presented last year at the Anaheim FitExpo.

I can say full heartedly this progression was not possible without having a devoted coach to back me. I’ve made bodybuilding personal, not just for my kids and I, but also a promise to never let down my coach & team!

I have respect for athletes running solo, but you simply cannot replace the guidance, motivation and personal commitment from the “right” coach.

I have had a few days to reflect over this unbelievable moment. A goal achieved, a dream manifested. Would I call it luck? No! This was preparation meeting opportunity.

I have literally been on prep for approximately a year and a half with two previous shows in between, one of which I won the overall. Working towards this moment, following the plan that my coach laid out. My competition prep coach @russellwanda knew how to dial me in, made the necessary adjustments to bring this PRO package physique to Pittsburgh. I am so thankful that he has always showed up and is backstage with me calming my nerves and offering guidance.
Our team mom @wellness.cass.pro is always up front in the crowd making live adjustments, yelling out the necessary corrections. Love her for that!

My strength and conditioning coach
Jason Shirley @e.i.r.t_media has provided the extra workouts that we needed to help push this body forward. Thank you for always being there over the years.

To my teammates at @rawcoaching_ie can’t thank you enough for being a support system, the cheer squad and all around bad ass beautiful women.

Thank you to my husband for being supportive of my dreams. It’s time to take a little break and enjoy some alone time😜.

Awesome transformation from @kidfromchicago
We have been working together for almost 2 years now and he trusted the process from start to finish.

We started at 155lbs on the left and we did a recomp going up to 175lbs at a much leaner body comp and at that point I told him we need to take care of his hernia. After the recovery from that we started the prep and ended up stepping on stage around 146lbs.

He put in the work from start to finish! Getting up to do cardio at 3am and not a single complaint! I’m excited to see him to continue to progress and fill out his frame! taken in Metroflex Gym Murrieta by @russellwanda
