Meet the Maker! From @rusted_wheel_pottery: "Rusted Wheel Pottery provides fun functional ware in a variety of colors. Mixing the rigidity of strict shapes with fluid glazing, Rusted Wheel creates a dynamic interaction between different pieces. Additionally, special care is given to how each piece feels in the hands. New and returning shoppers have noted the addition of thumb divots in vases, bottles and cups, and the comfort of handles, played a role in their purchases."

Mayday Underground Crafts & Art is almost here! October 24 + 25, 10A-4P at the ROC Dome Arena. Free entry, free parking, free swag bags for the first 40 shoppers each day. See you soon! by @rusted_wheel_pottery

I have so many photos like these first two and I never remember to take “after” the glaze firing photo. So if you want to see what I’m working on, come to booth 149 on Cayuga at the Apple Harvest Fest in Ithaca NY this weekend! 12-8 Friday and 10-6 Saturday and Sunday. Can’t make it? I’ll announce my other shows very soon!

Prepping for #clotheslinefestival @magrochester where my theme is color. Colored clays, made by yours truly, fun glazes, faces and squares with color accents…look for me next weekend. This weekend is all about the glazing.

Very excited to see that middle one when it’s finished

Hey! I’m excited to share that I’ll be at the M&T Bank Clothesline Art & Fine Craft Festival at the Memorial Art Gallery @magrochester August 29 & 30! This art festival has been Rochester’s biggest celebration of the arts for nearly 70 years—featuring work for sale by 300+ artists, live music, food trucks, hands-on family activities, and access to the museum.

Come see me (and 300+ other talented artists!) at MAG from 10:00 am–5:00 pm each day. And don’t forget, early shopping for MAG Members starts at 9:30 am! Plan your visit and get tickets here: mag.rochester.edu/clothesline. #MemorialArtGallery #RochesterNY #ROC #Clothesline #MAG

I’ll have new work like this!

Seriously obsessed with colors against this clay

Before…

Before. And my favorite.

Sadly I didn’t have a picture of the largest puddle before hand but was a gorgeous pitcher. I swear.

Family photo
I’ve been playing with different ways to show what I’m making. The first one is my favorite but I can’t resist close up details.
