Santa Clarita, my wife just became a Division Champion! 🏆🥇

@rvnfit took 1st place in the F35–39 division at Cal Tri LA this weekend: a 1,640 yd swim, 24.3 mi bike, and 6 mi run. And like every race since he was born, our son William crossed the finish line with her. 💛

Huge thank you to her coach and our friend @jacqattack365 for getting her race-ready, and to @california_triathlon for an incredible event. Thank you to all our friends and family who came out to cheer!

Who's the person in your life who always shows up for the finish line? Tag them below 👇

Yesterday's race is in the books, and today starts the quieter work: recovery, gratitude, and choosing what comes next. The finish felt sweet, but the real win was showing up faithful when training got messy and life with little ones did too.

"But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus." Philippians 3:13-14 (NIV)

Whether you're coming off a finish line or just a hard week, press on with Him. We're wearing Lord & Armor for the everyday miles, made with love by @rvnfit & @theandymartinezjr.

Shop the men's black fitted tee at the link in bio. Free US shipping on orders $50+.

🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️ NEW PR! Cal Tri Marina del Rey 2026! 🏅

Another Olympic-distance triathlon in the books, and another special finish line moment with William crossing alongside me! ❤️ These are the memories I'll cherish forever!

🏆 Race Results:

* Finish Time: 2:46:02 — NEW PR! 🎉
* 6th Overall Female
* 🥇 1st in Age Group (35–39)
* 🏊‍♀️ Swim (1,640 yd): 30:54
* 🚴‍♀️ Bike (24.3 mi): 1:18:47
* 🏃‍♀️ Run (6 mi): 50:55

The ocean gave me a little extra challenge today! I made it through the swim, only to find myself fighting a rip current while standing in the water trying to get out! 😂 And the heat definitely challenged me on the run. But that's racing! Every race teaches me something new and shows me where I can continue to grow.

A huge THANK YOU to my amazing husband and family for showing up, cheering me on, and supporting me! I love hearing your cheers and seeing your faces out there! ❤️

And a special thank you to Jacqueline Beaulieu for your amazing swim coaching! It truly makes all the difference, and I'm so grateful for you!

Another race, another PR, and another reminder that there's always room to grow. Most importantly, another finish line crossed with my little boy! ❤️

Thank you, Lord, for the strength, endurance, and opportunity to keep doing what I love! 🙏

Refis are NOT dead. Santa Clarita's Entity Mortgage just proved it again. 🔑
We're in escrow on a cash-out refinance on our client's investment property in Lake Isabella. They're pulling equity out of a rental to put it to work: the next deal, upgrades, reserves.

This is our 3rd escrow this month. Smart investors don't let equity sit idle. They put it to work.

Rental, second property, or your next acquisition, we structure the financing start to finish. From Santa Clarita to Kern County.

Own a rental sitting on equity? What would you do with it? 👇

Race day! Today I swim, bike, and run my triathlon, and I'm bringing every nap-time workout, every early alarm, and every whispered prayer to the start line with me. Whatever the clock says, the win was saying yes and showing up faithful.

"It is God who arms me with strength and keeps my way secure." Psalm 18:32 (NIV)

Strength from Him, not from me. That's the armor we wear. Whatever you're lining up for today, a race, a hard conversation, or a long day with little ones, He goes with you.

I'm wearing our Just Jesus Tri-Blend Tee, made with love by @rvnfit & @theandymartinezjr. Shop it at the link in bio. Free US shipping on orders $50+.

New drop, and it's all about the small wins. 🤍 Progress over perfection. Not the perfect workout, the perfect week, or the perfect mom. Just showing up again, one prayer, one step, one win at a time.

Meet our new POP. (Progress over Perfection) hoodies, pullover and zip, plus the Taking the Wins crop top and racerback tanks, named after the book by @rvnfit. Made with love by @rvnfit & @theandymartinezjr.

Use code TAKETHEWIN for 20% off the new pieces through Sun, Oct 25. Shop at the link in bio. Free US shipping on orders $50+.

Santa Clarita buyers: the staging is built to sell you. Here's what to look at instead. 👀
Check ceilings and window seals for water stains, ask about HOA dues and Mello-Roos (they can change your monthly payment), and drive the commute at rush hour before you fall in love.
Hitting open houses this weekend? Call or text 661-877-4162.

Santa Clarita buyers: one walk-in at a new build can cost you your own representation. 🏗️
Many builders require your agent to register you on your FIRST visit. Walk in alone and sign the guest card, and you may not be able to add an agent later.
Touring new builds this weekend? DM us NEW or call/text 661-877-4162 first.
