Back in 2020 (throwback, not today!): Santa Clarita, a reminder from Rebekah and me, back in our R&A Show days. ❤️ Camera magic, Photoshop, smiling and posing. What you see online isn't always true. Everybody is going through tough times and has a story. You're not alone, you're doing great, love yourself, and be good to each other. We all start somewhere. What's one thing you've been through that social media never saw? 👇 You know who loves you, baby? Some workouts feel strong. Some feel like you're just getting through them. Either way, the point was never to be perfect. It's to keep showing up with your eyes on the right One. "Fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith." Hebrews 12:2 (NIV) Meet the new Just Jesus Band Sports Bra in black. A small white cross sits on the left chest, "JUST JESUS" runs across the band, and the Lord and Armor crown logo is on the back. Soft, moisture-wicking four-way stretch with removable padding, made for early runs, the gym floor, and stroller walks alike. $45, sizes XS to 2XL. Simple, quiet, and all about Him. Shop it at lordandarmor.com (link in bio). #LordAndArmor #JustJesus #ChristianApparel #FaithAndFitness #ChristianWomen The front of the black Lord and Armor Just Jesus Band Sports Bra, with a small white cross on the left chest and JUST JESUS in white across the band, laid flat on a sand-colored yoga mat beside an open Bible, a rolled towel, a water bottle and white sneakers.

Back in 2015 (throwback, not today!): Santa Clarita, day 1 of 50 burpees a day for 50 days, and I was NOT happy about it. 😩 Rebekah crushed hers in 2:44. My goal was five minutes. And apparently my high school nickname needed to come up right before the timer started. From the @rvnfit channel. We all start somewhere. Would you take a 50 day burpee challenge? 👇 You know who loves you, baby? Your boy, AMJ. #SantaClarita #WeAllStartSomewhere #WASSArchives #RVNFIT #BurpeeChallenge #FitCouple #Throwback

Santa Clarita homeowners: what would one extra mortgage payment a year do? 💡 Example only: an $800,000 home with 20% down ($160,000) is a $640,000 30-year fixed loan. At 7.32% (the Freddie Mac U.S. average on Oct 22, 2026) that's about $4,396 a month in principal and interest (not including taxes or insurance), and roughly $943,000 in interest over 30 years. 1 extra payment a year: paid off in about 23 years 6 months, saving about $241,000 in interest. 2 extra: about 19 years 8 months, about $375,000 saved. 3 extra: about 17 years, about $462,800 saved. An easy way to do one extra: add about $366 a month (1/12 of a payment) and ask your servicer to apply it to principal. Check for any prepayment penalty first, and keep your emergency fund strong. Would you rather save the interest or keep the cash flow? Call or text 661-877-4162 and I'll run your own numbers. @theandymartinezjr @rvnfit #SantaClarita #SCV #MortgageTips #Homeowner #HomeLoan #Valencia #Saugus #StevensonRanch #Castaic #EntityMortgage Andy Martinez Jr. | Mortgage Loan Originator | NMLS #2171006 | Entity Mortgage and Realty NMLS #2371431. Back in 2018 (throwback, not today!): Santa Clarita, this one's for every parent sending a scared kid out the door. 🥊 At 8 years old, Olympic-level boxing coach Cary Williams had to walk past the bullies with nothing but a stick her dad gave her. When she finally stepped outside to face them, guess who was standing there? From Hit The Gym With RVNFIT, which Rebekah hosted and I produced. We all start somewhere. What's the biggest lesson your parents taught you without saying a word? 👇 You know who loves you, baby? Back in 2022 (throwback, not today!): Santa Clarita dad, picking up my kid from preschool… and Captain America calls. 📞🎬 A "Project Freezer Burn" casting call for a role I never auditioned for turned out to be a Marvel movie directed by the Russo brothers. Take the call. Thanks to Justin Baker for having me on Just in Conversation (Fuzzy Image Media). We all start somewhere. Have you ever gotten a call that changed everything? 👇 You know who loves you, baby? Back in 2015 (Sept 24, 2015, throwback, not today!), this was my 38th birthday workout in Santa Clarita, courtesy of @rvnfit. 🎂🐶 Salt and pepper hair coming in, and my equipment advice was no hand weights? Grab a small dog. Puppies are more fun. Rebekah designed this one just for me. We all start somewhere. What would you curl if you didn't have dumbbells? 👇 You know who loves you, baby? Saturday mornings don't have to be perfect to be good. Maybe it's a slow walk with the kids, a coffee on the porch, or a short run that felt hard but you finished anyway. Those count. Every win, big or small, is a gift from Him. "The LORD has done it this very day; let us rejoice today and be glad." Psalm 118:24 (NIV) Meet the Taking the Wins Heart Crop Top in Pale Pink. A small TTW heart sits on the front, and the big heart with "Taking the Wins" script is on the back. Part of the Take the Wins Community collection with @rvnfit. Last weekend for code TAKETHEWIN: 20% off the new POP. and Taking the Wins pieces, ends tomorrow (Oct 25) at 11:59 PM PT. Shop at lordandarmor.com (link in bio). #LordAndArmor #TakingTheWins #ChristianApparel #FaithAndFitness #ChristianWomen A model wearing the pale pink Taking the Wins Heart Crop Top with a small black TTW heart logo on the left chest, paired with light denim shorts, framed on a blush-cream background under the words "Taking the Wins."
