I am so blessed to have had the opportunity to spend the last 3 months doing my MSAT Summer Immersion with @traininghaus and @twincitiesortho !

To say I learned a ton is an understatement. Every day brought new patient interactions and moments to learn and grow my clinician skillset. Not to mention working with patients of a variety of injury histories and stages of rehab. I am so grateful for each and every staff member being so welcoming to help me learn to be the clinician I aspire to be!

The collaboration that occurs at the Eagan Viking Lakes location is like nothing I’ve ever seen. There is a bright future ahead for sports rehabilitation patients under the care of Training HAUS and TCO staff, and I am so grateful I got to experience it!

As I enter my final year of schooling I am so excited to carry this summer’s experiences with me! I can’t thank anyone who I worked with this summer enough! taken in Training HAUS by @ry_kara

What an amazing birthday weekend in Salt Lake City!

Turned 22🎂 with a beautiful mountain view✅
Won another @lindenwoodweightlifting national title🏆✅
Got to compete in the same session as @lilyspry ❤️✅
And lastly…got to be a part of such a special team legacy❤️✅

This is my third year with LU weightlifting and I am so blessed to have been on a national champion Uni’s squad for all 3! This year was extra special winning 1st in Coed, Men’s, and Women’s! A full sweep! I am so honored to be a Lindenwood weightlifter and especially a female captain on this team. One more year to go and I cannot wait for what’s in store.

Love you team!

What an amazing experience to see how a Olympic Lifting Competition happens. Even though it was a mock event still gave me butterflies! It was great to see Coefficient showing up to cheer and support. To be able to train with some really awesome people. To see athletes improve so much after months of training. Been out for a while after hand surgery was rough. Still lots of work ahead and lots to improve. At the age of 52 that is what one of my aspirations are, to get better at weight lifting!!! So much to be thankful for:

USAW Virus Finals 2025 Daytona Beach, Florida☀️

I am so honored to be a part of this team and to have proved myself to qualify for my first Senior level meet!🦁 It turned out to be a really fun snatch day even though my snatches this prep felt awful😂🙌🏼

Weightlifting is a funny sport. You never know what will happen on meet day and when clean and jerks have been my bread and butter all training cycle leading up to this, my snatches ended up stealing the show👏🏼 Very proud of my mental game looking back on this competition.

Snatch: 72✅ 76✅ 79 (comp PR, all time PR tie)✅
CJ: 94✅ 98❌ 98❌

This trip will always have a place in my heart and I am forever grateful to be a lion🦁 This gam gam is hungrier than ever let’s gooooo!!🔥

This weekend’s meet was a special one for me❤️

I came in with a lot on my plate…
- 4 midterm exams for my master’s
- water loading to make the 69 kg weight cut
- and most importantly visualizing the qualifying total for Senior Finals in Daytona Beach, Florida

It was very heartbreaking failing to hit the total last year with 2 missed opportunities. Since then it has been a long build up to this moment, and 172 was the total to hit this year and I did it!🙌🏼

Thank you to all of my teammates for believing in me and cheering me on through the tough training sessions. Training through a Master’s degree is no joke but I’m all for it! Love you team @lindenwoodweightlifting ❤️🦁

And a big thank you to @anna_wtcoach and others on the MO-KAN WSO for making this meet so awesome!🏋🏼‍♀️ taken in Columbia, Missouri by @ry_kara
