Don’t blink. Speed kills. ⚡️

Slingshot. Stay on the attack. Finish on top.

One point I’ll never forget. 🇺🇸

#TBT to becoming the 2026 adidas Nationals Champion and earning my first All-American honors. 🥇

0-0 after three periods. Rode him out in overtime, then escaped from bottom for the 1-0 win.

Slingshot → high crotch → pull the leg → CRACKDOWN 🐉💥
Rep 1 & Rep 2 — watch the finish 👀
📌 Save this for practice & send it to your drill partner

Watch the setup. 👀

Drilling Slingshot to high crotch with my bro. Building timing and sharpening the details, one rep at a time.

11 years went by way too fast. Watching these memories, I wish I could hold that little baby one more time. But watching the boy you’re becoming makes me so proud.
You’re a hammer on the mat, son. Your heart, your determination, and how hard you work mean more to me than you’ll ever know.
Keep chasing your dreams and being yourself. Wherever life takes you, Dad will always be in your corner.
Happy 11th birthday, Ryan. I love you, son. ❤️🐉
