Ok time to downsize we have not used this set up like we had thought so time to sell it and get something a bit smaller this can go as a package or separate just know a duelly truck is best to haul this trailer 2008 vintage outlaw living quarter 53ft trailer, 32 ft garage with 20ft living quarters, dual ac unit (in garage and lv) full bathroom with shower, king side bed with brand new mattress and foam topper, fridge, freezer, stove , sink, tv hook ups, fold down table into another bed, 3 year ok tires maybe 1500 miles on them, same with brakes and wheel bearings, 2 propane tanks, new battery’s, electric hydraulic tongue jack, manual landing gear, brakes on all 3 axles, garage has bolted in craftsman tool box, vented generator door, fits both a mini cooper, our race car and a z125 motorcycle with some space left 2008 dodge ram 5.9 Cummins, manual trans 2wd duelly, sitting on Alcoa 22.5 wheels with semi steering tires all around (fronts are 4 years old), custom rear leaf springs to sit and ride perfectly with the trailer on it, 4 inch exhaust, bully dog tuner, brand new intimidator batteries, 10in sub under rear seat, new injectors as of 3 years ago and this truck has maybe got 5k a year put on it over the last 4 years asking 30k for the truck iykyk these trucks are the cram of the crop Cummins set up Have a spare Alcoa for the truck with a new tire on it and a spare with new tire for the trailer, also have role pan with a hidden hitch not installed but can be More pictures on request Truck 30k obo Trailer 45k obo by @ryancornelison

Oil consumption on a 2012 Gti had been eating oil for 70k and finally burned both exhaust valves in cyl1 and melts the piston, used block all specked out, new updated pistons on stock rods all new bearings , rods, crank and what not back up and running today 3 day turn around cylinder head repaired by aluminum head rebuilders by @ryancornelison
