Credentials are not evidence.

A PhD deserves respect. Expertise matters. Published research matters.

But none of them make a claim immune from scrutiny.

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is to stop asking who said it? and start asking:

What does the evidence actually show?

And that standard applies to everyone — including me.

I used to think love had to feel intense to be real. Now I see it’s about consistency. Supporting each other’s dreams. Grinding together. 2025 was INCREDIBLE and intense.
Without question, one of the most pivotal years of my life.

The lessons.
The growth.
The wins.
The pressure.
All of it.

Huge appreciation for the people who stood strong through every phase, especially @taylorrenee.pt and my mom @lilajames19 believing, enduring the tough parts, achieving, and actually enjoying the process with me.

We live for the fight.
We fight for the win.
And we savor the victory.

2026 is already shaping up to be the most successful year of my life.

We took a break from the city and headed to the desert to see family. I was out here conquering every hill, and Ryan was gripping the seat like he was in a full-on action movie.

Sometimes you think you’ve hit the top but there’s always another peak.

In life, sometimes it’s about pausing and enjoying how far you’ve come, not just the challenge of getting there.

Comparison is the thief of joy and a cause of stress which actually is the number one thing that shortens your lifespan.

Sometimes we forget living life is the whole point.
