Credentials are not evidence.

A PhD deserves respect. Expertise matters. Published research matters.

But none of them make a claim immune from scrutiny.

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is to stop asking who said it? and start asking:

What does the evidence actually show?

And that standard applies to everyone — including me.

Show me the evidence. 🧬

Little life updates/highlights:

1) usually once or twice a month I go spend a solo day outside of LA, and I usually go to my favorite spots in Orange County and this past weekend I met up with a new friend @itsbrookeelle thanks to DMing on Instagram! Talked over coffee for an hour and a half and then went to the coolest local gym @santoperformancestudio

2) started coaching with @lakoom_fit! Such an inspiring space for strength training for women, so grateful to be a part of it!

3) more self care, more slowing down, more walks outside, spending time with friends, taking in all the things I GET to do

4) gut health and other health concerns have improved so much in just a week. Inflammation and bloating are down significantly. One day at a time!

5) movement is more tailored to where I’m at right now. I’m still lifting 3 times a week, I walk everyday, incorporate yoga 3x and Pilates 1x a week, and play beach volleyball because I LOVE it.

6) I love any chance to dance and listen to fun music. Last night, a random Sunday night in Venice was sooo fun. Danced my butt off to @shipwrekdj and @sidepiece. And it was purely enjoyed off of vibes. No alc, nothing (I don’t drink much to begin with but especially not rn to help with health stuff!) and recently got to see @royelotis which was a bucketlist item checked off! They are my top-listened to artist this year by far.

7) photo-shoot with @bettydesigns! Flew to Utah and back in one day. So fun to be able to do such a fun project.

Spent the weekend watching the World Cup on the beach, soaking up the sunshine with great people. ☀️⚽️🌊

There’s always an unexpected adventure waiting in Venice. California summers just hit different.

What an incredible few days at TAS Conference 2026! 🎉

A huge thank you to the TAS team for putting together such an amazing event and to all of the incredible presenters who shared their knowledge, insights, and passion throughout the conference. Your expertise made this an unforgettable experience!

We’re especially grateful for all of the amazing people we had the opportunity to meet. To everyone who stopped by our booth, connected with our team, shared ideas, or simply said hello—thank you! We loved making so many new friends and building connections that we know will last well beyond this weekend.

Until next year, TAS! We can’t wait to see everyone again in 2027. 💙
