Another offseason in the books💪🏻⚽️ Returning to Sweden feeling and looking better than I ever have in my entire life! Want to start off by sending a MASSIVE s/o to not only my personal trainer but good friend @_jwalk1 who helped me every day these past 3 months with workouts and pushed me to the limit every day. Excited to keep working&training with ya whilst I’m back in Sweden. Also want to say thank you to my nutritionist @stephenjmass for Keeping me on track with my meal prep and helping me make the gains that I want and needed these last couple months. Can’t thank you enough! Lastly, I want to thank @kofykofikofe @chiselchase @mohalaby @deskisstrength and @momentumfitness.yoga I learned so much and enjoyed working alongside y’all every day. Some of the funniest and greatest people I’ve had the pleasure to know and work with. Best trainers in Texas hands down!!! I look forward to working with you all in the future. Thank you again for everything #comingforyaSverige🇸🇪 #knullaenanka🦆ISBACK #ollaollaolla💦 taken in Stockholm Arlanda Airport by @ryanjackson210

A little view in the vision of the new digs!!

Demo will begin soon and when that is finished we can have more of a timeline of completion.

But once this ball gets rolling ain’t no stopping the momentum it will carry behind it!

Stay ready so you don’t have to get ready!

Nobody can judge effort because that is between you and you.

Great 3-0 start to the season. 22 goals scored and only 1 conceded. Tough run of games coming up against some great teams and players. Time to get to work💯 taken in Skyline High School by @ryanjackson210
