Highlight Reel:

Wanted to throw a little clip together of just a few of the dudes I’ve had the privilege of working with over the last few years.

There are tons of different moves expressed throughout these swings, but they all in their own way control their back leg, launch from behind and inside, and get their swing off INSTANTLY when it’s time to go.

Success leaves clues 📈

Take a quick peek into what @ryansutterer9 has been working on with @seven lately 👀

The main goals have been eliminating a large early shift or “crash” to the front side, and getting fused up and connected again after losing feels that were once there and lost.

We started working in the middle of April last season and brought it back to a point where things began to pick up in a crunched and limited amount of time. After being released and taking time off we started up again from square one this offseason with aims at making another run at it the right way.

There’s not a better guy to be rooting for, TA is as good a dude as they come. Follow for more 📈 by @ryansutterer9

Swing Progression: (Don’t miss the last 3 swings 👀)

Take a sneak peak into the swing transformation of @ryansutterer9 over the years.

The first few swings are from college. Notice as the video progresses how much better the body control becomes. The slight forward plunge starts to turn into control of the back leg and more depth, direction, and quickness starts to show up.

Welcome to 29:11 Hitting. This account aims to bring only the best, most honest, and most helpful information to hitters at every level of the game. As former players and current coaches at the highest levels, we have sifted—and continue to sift—through the good, the bad, and the very ugly, to bring only the finest to the table. No clout chasing, no clickbait, no agenda—just honest information in an area of the game that needs it most.
