Mellow 30’ by 40’ timbre frame shed roof structure just completed thx to a blip of sunshine yesterday. Corner to corner only a 1/4” from dead square. Pretty happy with not only sorting the layout but elated with my math on the bird’s-mouth spans being 20’ apart. Always a challenge with wood of this dimension and the behaviour that can come with it 😅 Thanks for looking. Have a great long weekend ya’ll 🌺 by @ryantaron

Fun micro project for a family where four of the five surf (the youngest member is not even two yet so more to come). Naturally you need a rack that can handle 21+ boards from Gliders all the way down to the Softie spectrum. Everyone gets some real estate on this big boy 👍🏼 taken in Cox Bay (vik i Kanada, British Columbia) by @ryantaron

Holy cow this guys feeling pretty darn grateful! What an amazing weekend and frankly couple weeks. Thx to so many family and friends that I was fortunate enough to see (and be spoiled by) but also all the friends and family that reached out on top of that. Much love to all and from an epic hockey game staring my nephew, a back yard bbq fam get together, then 1st time pub lunch visit with moms, a Rez kids show with Asia, a ridiculously fun time upstairs at the brewery and then to wrap up at the new and improved (well modified) Shelter patio 3.0 - it was all so amazing 🫶🏻 Thank you to all my family, friends and all that I’ve been lucky enough to know thru this first half century (shudder). Big love gang, from the bottom of my heart ♥️ taken in Tofino, British Columbia by @ryantaron

Well congratulations to these two beauties getting hitched country-style this past weekend in the hills off the Shuswap. Incredible group in attendance and so many great memories made. Plus an off the chain dance party in the beautiful hall at @shylynnranch. Cheers @justintimbersnake & @sarahhollytaron. Love you guys and so glad to have been a part of this celebration with you two (three, Brutus 🦮) and all the wonderful family and friends 09 • 14 • 2024 taken in ShyLynn Ranch by @ryantaron

Well today I finally wrapped up a retail build that I had been fortunate enough to get to design and construct for the legendary @oceanvillage resort on MacKenzie beach. A lot of history there and feel completely blessed to be a part of. Special thanks to Kim at OV who had the desire to create something new and fresh and we charged into figuring out this concept. It was really fun to challenge myself with coming up with a design that is equal parts sculptural as is functional as well reflects the vibe the client was after. Was pretty wild on paper and it all stemmed randomly from a mural on their wall combined with the great merch range they had on hand and are continually expanding upon. Looking frwd to it being packed with gear. Anywho, it’s done. Have a great weekend people. It’s a long one 👍🏼 by @ryantaron

So my mom is a painter. And many things. But a pretty fabulous painter/artist I would comfortably argue. Here are two of her more recent works that are a bit different from her usual endeavours but these two I think are extra amazing. She hosts workshops and attends local shows in the Cowichan valley where she is based and it’s been pretty cool seeing her focus on being an artist full time over recent years. If you’re keen to pls check out her dot com at catherinetaron.ca or search her on the good ol FB. Thx for reading/looking. Call your mom if you can. She misses you most probably 🙃 by @ryantaron

Fun little project making big planter boxes with bench seats to match from the last couple days. These were inspired by a set of three built-in bench/planter boxes I had the pleasure of creating for the brewery out here this last winter. Look for a post on that coming up shortly as I spaced on doing so so far 🛠️ by @ryantaron
